Dr Stephen Miller and his staff are kind, caring & professional. They've been taking care of me for 7 years and I recommended them highly!

I noticed this new dermatology office close by my home and decided to make an appointment. I had a…read morefew issues wanted to talk to a dermatologist about. Since there weren't any appointments available with the doctor, I made one with the PA. After discussing one of my issues with the PA, the doctor was called in for a look and it was decided that it warranted a biopsy. My first thought was that seems a little drastic for a rash, but after listening to their thought process on how it could be Lupus or cancer or we just don't know what! I agreed. The biopsy required numbing and a couple stitches. I was pretty anxious about the whole thing. Almost two weeks later I get a phone call that my results were back and it's nothing to worry about (I can't even remember the diagnosis--granuloma) and a prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. I took a look at my affected area and saw the problem had resolved on its own. The other thing I wasn't cool with was the fact that I presented with insurance but was required to pay upfront. Not only did I pay the copay but also the full amount for the visit. Two weeks later, the insurance still hasn't been billed and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the visit. I only received a credit card charge receipt. No documentation on what was done, what to expect, nada. While I feel like the staff, doc and PA are welcoming, I am not confident in their knowledge and ability to recommend a treatment plan. I'm extremely hesitant to return.
