This was after he said she had no baby teeth( she does). He also asked if I want braces for her like its a fun add on.She is 13 and the previous dentist has never had any concerns or recommendations for braces. We were the first patients at 810 and the secretary was late walking in with snacks while the lights were off and doors closed and the other workers were yelling behind the door. The radio was so loud I couldn't hear what the hygienist was even saying. The dentist told a girl who was screaming in the next room to get over it abd my daughter said the hygienist told her she was about to get jabbed in the gums to sit still.I will never be back and am concerned of the health of the patients with how dirty it was when just opening.

I don't want to go into detail but I would seriously think twice about this practice. Or at least make sure that the dentist that you are used to seeing will be at your appointment. I brought my twin boys in for check ups in February before the pandemic and had a great experience. I had to bring one of my boys back in July for a follow up.
