After that, he acted like he wanted to make my situation harder instead of helping me. He misled me about Discovery, telling me it would take weeks or a month. Later I learned that Discovery is not released at all when a case does not go to trial. He knew this from the beginning but still gave me misleading explanations. He also refused to give me signed documents I needed. I had to go to the courthouse myself and wait two to three hours for him to show up because he would not sign anything. The worst part was that he accessed a completely separate second case of mine without my permission and without any reason. I never told him about that case and never authorized him to look at it.
