The staff were very welcoming they introduced themselves and provided information when needed. The dentist Dr Smith was extremely friendly and explained all my treatment and costs before starting treatment. It was then my decision wether to go ahead with the treatment, they even took into account my financial circumstances and arranged appointments convenient to my economic circumstances. I won't leave it another four years, I was very pleased with the service provided.

Worst treatment ever , complain and you will find yourself struck off there practice.shocked at the…read moreresponce when I complained about dental treatment carried out, was very upset and nearly £900.00 out off pocket had to find another dentist this practice even had the nerve to ask me to go elsewhere and pay again to have my treatment fixed doesn't even have the desency to reply to my phone call to have treatment fixed just ignored me don't pay till your treatment is finished or you could find yourself out of pocket crying and having to find another dentist wish I had never stepped a foot into this practice also be careful if you need a dental plate fitted as I also had that done and was made aware that this did not even line up with my mouth

Attended for the appointment, reception was horrible, staff have no understanding of being pleasant, let alone understanding for people who find it hard to visit the dentist. They shout, are abrupt and bark orders so much so I thought they must for some reason have thought I was deaf, which I am not. Seeing the dentist ( a very young lady downstairs) she spoke at 200 miles an hour, seemed totally uninterested, uncaring did not listen, talked over you and could not wait to get you out again. Made me feel so upset and like I should not have been there. She even said the words, "have not got time for this now" I returned to reception to make the next appointment only to be met by more of what I had previously, just horrible and nasty, certainly these people should not be in health care. The "WELCOME" card they give you which I read afterwards says things like, Failure to pay fully for your dental treatment will result in de-registration from our practice. we will also consider legal action to recover the debt. Re failed appointments, The current charge is up to £1 per MINUTE of surgery time lost. we reserve the right to cancel any future treatment appointments of patients who fail an appointment . If you give us less than 4 hrs notice of cancellation then a charge will almost certainly be made. Clearly written by the reception staff!! not what reads like a welcome to the practice is it? I trust they pay you £1 a minute if they keep you waiting!!! I was so upset by the whole visit that I cancelled my appointment and would not return or recommend this place.

I visited the practice today for an appointment and my experience was well worth the 5 stars The practice itself is lovely, clean and modern. The reception staff were very polite and welcoming to both myself and my Son. My Dentist was and very friendly and explained things very well. The Dental Nurse did a great job keeping my son entertained showing him my teeth on the computer screen. Good Work all round! :)
