What amazed me most was that my dentist there, David Kilroy, managed to give me the first entirely pain free dental injection I've ever had (and I've had quite a few having had wisdom teeth removed under a local before). Before I even noticed he's made the injection, I could feel my mouth going numb. Highly recommended!

Attended for the appointment, reception was horrible, staff have no understanding of being pleasant, let alone understanding for people who find it hard to visit the dentist. They shout, are abrupt and bark orders so much so I thought they must for some reason have thought I was deaf, which I am not. Seeing the dentist ( a very young lady downstairs) she spoke at 200 miles an hour, seemed totally uninterested, uncaring did not listen, talked over you and could not wait to get you out again. Made me feel so upset and like I should not have been there. She even said the words, "have not got time for this now" I returned to reception to make the next appointment only to be met by more of what I had previously, just horrible and nasty, certainly these people should not be in health care. The "WELCOME" card they give you which I read afterwards says things like, Failure to pay fully for your dental treatment will result in de-registration from our practice. we will also consider legal action to recover the debt. Re failed appointments, The current charge is up to £1 per MINUTE of surgery time lost. we reserve the right to cancel any future treatment appointments of patients who fail an appointment . If you give us less than 4 hrs notice of cancellation then a charge will almost certainly be made. Clearly written by the reception staff!! not what reads like a welcome to the practice is it? I trust they pay you £1 a minute if they keep you waiting!!! I was so upset by the whole visit that I cancelled my appointment and would not return or recommend this place.

The reception staff were very polite and welcoming to both myself and my Son. My Dentist was and very friendly and explained things very well. My friend and I were leaving in the morning to make our way to the Scottish Highlands and I knew I had to be seen before our departure. I emailed 2 emergency dental clinics. Hammaad, the dentist, emailed me soon after they opened at 8:30 am and said he could fit me in at 9:15 am. I called him as requested and told him I would be on my way. The location was easy to find. Every single employee at the clinic was so kind. I was seen right away and they quickly took x-rays and started on my root canal. I told Hammaad that I was leaving to go to the Highlands and not returning to Glasgow. So he made sure to set me up for success. He cleaned out my tooth that had a bad infection. He constantly asked how I was doing during the procedure. Afterwards he gave me antibiotics to make sure the infection would go away. He told me he would call me the next day to check on me and called me while I was still in the office to ensure he would be able to get a hold of me. The cost of the last minute appointment, x-rays, and the root canal was 299 pounds. I paid out of pocket since I am a US citizen. But it was worth every penny as we all know toothaches are the worst. They gave me directions to the pharmacy and it took just a few minutes to pick up my prescriptions. Hammaad called me the next morning to check on me which was thoughtful and kind of him. I highly recommend this dental clinic. Everything and everyone was perfect from start to finish. I was able to still make it to the highlands and enjoy my holiday without any further pain. Daughter ended up with a bad infection that resulted in a visit to the G-Dentist at the hospital. It's not the first child I've gone through this with, in-fact this was my 4th. However, what she went through was extremely unnecessary.

All of us attend here and to be honest they're friendly, flexible and good at what they do. I've had to have a few bits of treatment recently so have experienced their services on a number of occasions (one of them an emergency appointment). As far as dentists go I'd recommend them. As with all dentists their private options are pricey but not the most exorbitant I've experienced. They're great with the kids and excellent at keeping on top of check ups and appointments. They have a text service you can subscribe to where you are sent a reminder 48 hours before your appointment in case you've forgotten (which I frequently do, haha).
