To describe this practice as unprofessional and rude is an understatement. Do not waste your time and seek assistance elsewhere.

Hello, my name is Bob. I would like to tell you about my situation and my experience with Zack. I…read moream a Marine Corps veteran and was stationed at Camp Lejeune in the Late 70s. I now have Parkinson's disease. It is one of the presumptive diseases related to the toxic water I was exposed to at Camp Lejeune. I initially contacted Zack early in my quest for VA compensation. We had a conversation and he advised me to initiate the claim on my own since it was presumptive and if there were any problems to contact him for assistance. I was initially denied because I lacked my service records proving my time at Camp Lejeune. He provided me with advice on how to get my records. Because of Covid I ended up using a private researcher to finally get my records from the national archives. He advised me once again to file a supplementary claim on my own with the records. I was later granted 80 percent disability with a few claims deferred. We spoke again and he advised me to attend scheduled C and P exams and be patient. I did and was awarded 100 percent permanent and total disability. He never asked for a fee even though I offered. He was happy to hear I got what he felt i deserved. I again reached out because I want to ensure my wife will get survivor benefits when I pass. He sent me a link and said he would be more than happy to help and explained what i needed to do to make it an easier process. This man is a true advocate for Veterans! He could have received a percentage of my award at any point during our discussions. He chose instead to give me good advice. If you are looking for a fair, helpful, honest and knowledgeable Attorney, I don't think you could find anyone better than Zack! God bless him and you all of my brothers looking for help. Semper Fedelis!
