Deluxe Treatment Center…read more I brought a close friend to Deluxe Treatment Center after a very emotional intervention, and I can honestly say it was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us with compassion, respect, and genuine care. They created a welcoming, judgment-free environment that made an incredibly difficult moment feel a little lighter. The team here is truly incredible -- knowledgeable, attentive, and deeply committed to helping their clients heal. My friend received personalized treatment, emotional support, and the tools she needed to begin rebuilding her life. The progress she made during her time here has been life-changing, and it gave all of us so much hope. I'm forever grateful to Deluxe Treatment Center for the care they provided. Good people, mixed crowd all types but good people. Decent street parking and behind and in neighborhood. Good food across street at Follow Your Heart veg cafe, Henri's 80s diner or Pho 21 if it's open before or after the meet and lots of solid thrift shops near by too. Good alternative to all the Vice bar hang out spots around. Good people, good volunteers manage this spot. They have a self serve donation coffee and tea cafe and a little store attached to the meeting area. I would suggest it for west valley people esp. since it's exclusively dedicated to this cause of helping people find support and sober times. It's got a welcoming homey feel.

They got to know me and were sensitive to my trauma and never judgmental towards me for any of my shortcomings or my present and past issues they also didn't co-sign my BS so I could work on the things necessary to better my life and become a productive member of society.They also helped me with counseling from some great therapists who allowed me to feel comfortable to open up and be honest about my issues and they helped me work towards finding a solution to whatever problems I face in life.the place is clean and beautiful and the food is amazing also the owners are such caring and kind people they truly have a heart for addicts and they show love in all they do for us clients they go over and beyond to help you succeed in your recovery and helped me find a great sober living for after care. My experience at this recovery center was not what was represented before admission, especially…read moreconsidering that the overall cost of treatment exceeded $70,000. To be fair, the direct-care staff and technicians were generally responsive whenever concerns were brought to their attention. In my experience, staff often tried to help and advocate for residents, but they were frequently stuck in the middle because management failed to act on issues that were repeatedly escalated. The biggest problem involved my roommate. I repeatedly reported severe hygiene issues that made the room difficult to live in, along with theft concerns that affected me and other residents. Staff consistently documented and communicated these concerns, but management failed to take meaningful action for a long time. Requests for a room change or other reasonable accommodations were denied or ignored. The food situation was another major issue. Meals were frequently poor quality and sometimes effectively inedible. Many residents relied on snacks provided by the facility, such as crackers, chips, and gummies, just to get through the day. Weekly shopping trips became necessary for many of us to obtain adequate food. Residents who lacked financial resources often depended on other residents for help obtaining basic food items. The situation became so stressful that it interfered with my ability to participate fully in groups and activities. Instead of supporting recovery, the living environment became a significant obstacle to it. My primary criticism is not of the front-line staff, who generally responded promptly, but of management's repeated failure to address serious concerns until formal grievances were filed. Anyone considering this facility should ask detailed questions about room assignments, grievance procedures, management responsiveness, staffing structure, food quality, resident safety policies, and how theft complaints are handled before enrolling. Eventually, the situation became so unmanageable that I felt I had no reasonable choice but to leave the program against medical advice. The ongoing room issues, theft concerns, and lack of meaningful management intervention made it impossible for me to continue benefiting from treatment. What made leaving especially difficult was the facility's policy regarding personal belongings. Like many residents, I had been brought to the program from another part of the country. The facility maintained possession of residents' phones, wallets, identification, and financial cards. I was informed that if I chose to leave, there would be a waiting period before these items would be returned. While residents were technically free to leave, doing so without immediate access to a phone, identification, money, or transportation resources created a situation where safely returning home became extremely difficult. I found this policy deeply concerning because it left residents in a position where exercising the choice to leave treatment could come with significant practical barriers.

No counseling or therapy to speak of. The counselors were not qualified to be counselors...also…read moredid not care. Case manager shared personal info without consent. The nursing staff should be issuing the medication not the Tech staff...although the Techs were the only ones that seemed to care or help with anything. -One counselor was so incompetent he decided to antagonize me while they were trying to get my blood pressure down even after I told him they were trying to get my BP down...must have got his counselor cert on moron.com.
