Came into the shop and showed him a picture of the stereo I was looking for. Told me he does have it in stock but there's no way he would be able to price match with Best Buy. He told me "they sell their stuff for real cheap, and I can't do that" I appreciate the honesty but I was looking for a full system set up, SiriusXM, amp, speakers etc. Didn't show any type of enthusiasm whatsoever to get my business. Made appointment and well taken care of, got the ceramic tint, paid a little more but should be worth the additional investment.

Rudest people I've met. Went to get a stereo and had issues with it when it came to the Bluetooth. Which I never had with my old stereo, called and followed up to let them know the problem. Went in and showed them the issue, in the end to them the stereo was "okay" the issue was my phone. That right there was a red flag to me but trying to give them the benefit of the doubt I was explaining to them that I never had that issue with my old stereo or any other radio with Bluetooth. The whole time he was being rude! So in the end he told us he would change it out for the same one and we were hoping there wouldn't be any problem with it. So we came in and before they took my car to switch it out, we told him that aside of the music glitching, it was also hard to talk on Bluetooth when I would get a phone call and mind you we were super calm and then he came at us saying why are we giving him a hard time. Which once he said that I wanted to leave because all we were doing was trying to explain to him the issues we were having. So instead we waited for him to switch out the stereo since we weren't informed it was a non refundable purchase, until we saw it at the end of our receipt. Once he was done and called us over he began to tell us that he does not try to scam people by selling radios and that his radios are good and that we didn't clearly tell him what we wanted? Which is ridiculous because as a salesperson especially someone who runs a business and would like returning customers or recommendations you would make sure you customer is happy with what they purchased and try to help if there are any issues. Which don't get me wrong he did us the "favor" to switch out the stereo since we could not get our money back. But guess what same problem still persist and they won't do more. I will not be coming back nor will I be recommending this place. Never have I been treated so rudely as a customer as if it was my fault the stereo doesn't work. That right there is a waste of money and time. Please rethink your decision before coming here. I wouldn't want what happened to me happen to someone else. read more

this stereo shop sucks. the owner is rude and doesnt take any responsibility for his shops work. they put new speakers in my van. then my van started making a humming noise and my back door doesn't want to open . When telling them about my problem they didn't even want to deal with me the next day for my other appointment stating they didn't have time when their the ones that set the appointment. I'm taking my buisness back to pacific stereo instead of this rip off place. read more

So I need a DVD player for our family Yukon and know of a stereo shop by my home, and thought lets go get it done. I have some extra saved $$ to put towards it and they're local. Wife said why don't you go to a Best Buy or something so we don't get screwed or the run around if something happens.......Wives know best apparently. So i'm ready to spend about $1500 on a nice unit ( not knowing what these cost) and i was sold a discounted, discontinued but new unit for around $600. This was the item i was sold right away, never had an option for a better unit then allow me to ask for something less. They never asked me questions to get a feel for me and what i wanted. Went back twice for misc. check outs on the unit and low and behold they misplace my sales receipt. now to hem i never bought anything there. now 8 months later the remote doesn't work and all i have is my bank statement as proof I bought something there, but not good enough to them. that product only carried a 3 month warranty apparently and they checked the remote said it was bad and took 2 weeks to get me another one....but the same thing happened, doesn't work still. The whole time during the back and forth the whole staff just doesn't appear to want to help. no one has stepped up and said, " let us figure out what's wrong and we'll go from there". Nothing. Terrible Service. Never going Back. Everyone i know will hear about it. By the way, Got in touch with the manufacturer of the unit, he has no clue who i am. 2 minute conversation, a little paperwork to fill out and a copy of the bank statement and voila!!! They're sending me a new unit!! now that's what i needed. read more

Had my new BMW tinted here and what a horrible job! Brought it back to them and they said all the bubbles will go away within 45 days! NOT! They never went away and they wouldn't fix it. I will never go there ever again! read more

If you value your time and money find another company to work on your vehicle. They DO NOT stand behind their workmanship or warranty. They damaged parts of my car and refused to fix it. I would never recommend or take work to them again. Avoid them at all cost!!!!! I would give them negative stars if possible!!! read more
