If I could rate solely on customer service, I would give this place 5 stars because the owner Adriana is very kind and helpful! However, I took my brand new car here to be tinted. The first time, there was a bunch of bubbles in the back. I reached out and Adriana was more than happy to fix it! Awesome, right? I took it back, got it fixed free of charge. I let the tint cure , and again, there were white bubbles all over the back. I was told it's because my car had imperfections. However, the bubbles were in different spots than the first time. I was also told they couldn't fix it again because it could possibly damage the defroster lines. I got some of my money back, which I appreciated. But now I'm in a brand new car with tint that's messed up everywhere. It's embarrassing and I'm just really upset about it because I was excited about my new car. I must say I am very pleased with the job well done at Tint Monsters Norco. I was greeted and helped by Adrianna, very nice and friendly person, She definitely will take the time and undivided attention to personally answer any questions and suggest any recommendations to your inquiries. Setting up a appointment with her was a breeze. Dropped off the car at my appointment time around 9:45am and was pretty much done around 11:45. Not too long of a wait, Had one car ahead of me, pretty sure I would've waited much less if I wasn't waiting for the other car. But needless to say, the wait is worth it for the end results. Film is computer cut for precise fitting to your vehicle, which is a plus! There is a Chevron station right next door with a nice lobby if your willing to wait around, or you can grab a bit to eat at Fantastic Cafe which is pretty much next door. I Would NOT recommend this place. My husband and I recently purchased a new car and wanted to tint the windows. After some research, with no luck, friends of ours recommended this place and raved about how amazing they were. After hearing their positive review we decided to go ahead and book our appointment. We called and spoke with a lady who quoted us $300.00 with the $100 deposit that would go towards our service. We promptly made an appointment for Saturday 10/5/24. Well come Friday 10/4 my husband kept getting a phone call from a number he didn't recognize. After a few more calls he decided to answer to a gentlemen asking us if we could reschedule our appointment because the shop had been broken into and that we would be given a 30% discount for the inconvenience. Being understanding of the situation we rescheduled for Saturday 10/12. As we neared the date for our appointment we hadn't heard from anyone from the shop confirming our appointment, so we started getting concerned. My husband tried reaching out to the number provided on their website with no luck. We continued to try over and over again, and left messages, but still couldn't reach anyone. Finally, we got a call back saying that our appointment was never rescheduled for the 10/12 but for 10/19. My husband and I were confused and frustrated because we clearly said the 12th. After this we were becoming more and more upset at the unprofessionalism of this company but decided to give them a second chance and wait until the 19th. Well, after no confirmation of our appointment all week long, AGAIN, and numerous times trying to call, leaving messages to see if we were still scheduled in for the 19th we FINALLY got a call back today 10/18 from the lady saying that we were now going to be charged $600.00 for the tint instead of the $300.00 we initially got quoted. She also said that that initial quote we got was just that, "a quote" and that she could not provide us with the 30% discount because the gentlemen that called us to reschedule our appointment had no authority giving those discounts. We canceled!! Not only are we getting the runaround but are now being told that the quote we initially got would no longer be valid. After my husband asked for his deposit back the lady got all weird about it and said that she would have to call us back in a few hours to see if that's something she can do. This place is so unprofessional and it's extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. I think that if you give a quote to your customers, it should be honored. We waited three damn weeks for our window tint for them to tell us that the price would be even more. Horrible service and lack of communication with their customers. Make is easier for your customers to get in contact with your staff and make sure that whomever you have calling your customers is authorized to!! Now I'm just hoping we get our deposit back. Such a shame that this had to be our experience as the reviews I had initially read were great. I won't be recommending this place to anyone. Thanks for nothing. UPDATE: The owner of the shop keeps messaging me saying I have the wrong shop and it wasn't her shop. That I'm confusing her shop with another. She keeps saying she doesn't have record of her speaking to my husband or have any record of our car. Well, she wouldn't have that information because I didn't give my husbands name ( who she was in direct contact with) or did I give the make and model of our car in my initial review. So it's obvious she wouldn't know that information. As far as me being "confused" I'm not and will post the photos from her company that I received. I feel that this woman is being deceitful and mad that she got a bad review and is trying anything she can to get me to take it down. Photos show it is very much her shop. read more
