I had to bring my vehicle back after noticing excess film and several bubbling issues on 3 of my windows. They took the car back and redid the windows but my car was dirty when it was returned back to me. Excess liquid (water?) marks on my interior and greasy smudges all over the armrests...Very disappointed! I saw the great reviews and hoped for the same experience but that was not the case. I recently purchased a brand-new vehicle and was excited to get tint installed. A little over a month ago, I had my vehicle tinted at "Tint And Go Pro" using their 3M Ceramic IR film, which I paid a premium for. Unfortunately, the craftsmanship was mediocre. I had to return to the shop three separate times to address creases caused by the poor installation process and a lack of attention to detail, which resulted in air bubbles that persisted for weeks. Most of the air bubbles led to creases due to the pressure needed to press them out. After having the front windshield, rear driver door, rear passenger door, and rear windshield reinstalled twice, I decided to take my vehicle to another shop to resolve the issues. The second tint shop I visited also fell short of my expectations and damaged my defroster coils. While I don't hold Tint And Go Pro responsible for this damage, I believe it could have been avoided if the initial installations had been done correctly. I accepted that cost as a mistake of the other shop. Additionally, Tint And Go Pro damaged my driver door seal during their installation, which caused my window to get stuck. I had to take my vehicle to the dealer for them to fix the problem. Fortunately, Tint And Go Pro owned up to their mistake and covered the repair costs. Despite these attempts to resolve the issues, my third visit was the last straw. They needed to reinstall my rear driver door and rear windshield once again, but upon receiving my vehicle back, I noticed a crease at the end of the rear driver door and multiple creases on the rear windshield. These issues arose because the tint was not laid down or heated properly during installation. I specifically asked them to lay down materials to avoid getting my vehicle soaked with the adhesive spray they use to apply the tint. However, it was evident they didn't do this properly, as my liner and speakers in the rear windshield were soaked with the liquid. Fortunately, my speakers were not damaged. I sent multiple pictures to the shop and requested a refund since I plan to have all their tint removed and replaced by a proper shop in Orange County. Despite my evidence and experience, they refused to provide a refund and insisted that I come back for a fourth visit for a physical inspection, even though I was already scheduled for an appointment to have the tint properly installed. Their insistence on this inspection would only have delayed my appointment and wasted my time. As an 18-year service member still serving, I cannot endorse this place of business. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. They have high ratings on Google because they ask customers to scan a Google proxy card that automatically sends a 5-star review before allowing them to leave. If you compare their Google reviews to their Yelp reviews, the difference is striking. I hope this helps anyone considering their services. read more

I recently visited Tint & Go Pro in Corona, CA, hoping for a seamless window tinting experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were shattered like a poorly installed film.
