Fast-forward to this morning, my tent has peeled on a few windows and it has made it really difficult for me to see out of while driving luckily enough I remembered my receipt to show proof of warranty so I called the location closest to my job. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone yesterday and he was very helpful able to fit me into their schedule for this morning. I ended up coming late but that wasn't a problem for them. Took truck here in October/November of 2025. I was having issues with speakers/head unit. Guy…read moretold me the issue was head unit and rear speakers were bad so I bought a new head unit from them. After install it ended up being "bad" rear speakers which was causing the error in my head unit. I finally got around to installing new speakers today(7/1/2026) just to find out that the speakers are fine, the wires were disconnected so I hooked back up and did channel testing with RCAS after no results. Ended up being bad RCA so I paid for a new head unit and install for no reason just to tell me something else was bad that was perfectly fine and the real issue was not even checked out as a possible cause. Avoid at all costs if you want a professional diagnostic or result for anything vehicle related.
