That's what I got from Brian and the guys at Alliance. I had a leak in my bathroom behind the wall that I didn't discover until the drywall started to show the damage. Of course for that reason the insurance declined coverage and left me to pocket the heavy bill to repair all the damage. During the process of we had to have the bathroom tested for asbestos and lead and they came back positive. My contractor referred me to Brian so I gave him a call and explained the situation. I didn't know much about asbestos and Brian was patient in explaining everything to me and letting me know how about the process in safely removing it so we could re-do the bathroom. He gave me a really good price and his guys showed up just a few days after Brian and I spoke and set it all up. The workers were friendly and answered all my questions before beginning. They removed my vanity, toilet and tub and caused no damage to anything and the process only took a couple hours. They did a great job and cleaned up well after they finished. I was very happy with their work and with their patience to my confusions and abundance of questions.
