Asbestos removal and no consideration for tenant safety. it's being investigated and in the hands of my lawyer .

I was impressed at the way Jesus answered all of my pointed questions calmly and with full details without getting intimidated during his initial assessment of the problem, unlike other firms. The friendly crew came, set up the work area securely, made sure all debris was bagged and sealed, treated the area (according to our plan), left everything spotless with minimal intrusion to the rest of the house. Sometimes when things go sideways and you find yourself in a bad way it really helps to work with someone that cares and does their best to help you. That's what I got from Brian and the guys at Alliance. I had a leak in my bathroom behind the wall that I didn't discover until the drywall started to show the damage. Of course for that reason the insurance declined coverage and left me to pocket the heavy bill to repair all the damage. During the process of we had to have the bathroom tested for asbestos and lead and they came back positive. My contractor referred me to Brian so I gave him a call and explained the situation. I didn't know much about asbestos and Brian was patient in explaining everything to me and letting me know how about the process in safely removing it so we could re-do the bathroom. He gave me a really good price and his guys showed up just a few days after Brian and I spoke and set it all up. The workers were friendly and answered all my questions before beginning. They removed my vanity, toilet and tub and caused no damage to anything and the process only took a couple hours. They did a great job and cleaned up well after they finished. I was very happy with their work and with their patience to my confusions and abundance of questions. Do not trust this company contractors in your home. They didn't do work correctly they scammed me for my money. First guy supposed to replaced wood. That had water & mold damaged. His co worker job was to fix leak on roof. Replace insulation, drywall, primer, & paint. I paid over $4,000 to have work completed correctly. Rolando, Brian & Jose scam me for money. I trusted these guys in my home to make repairs. Which they failed to do. I noticed air bubble in paint in room where room ceiling supposed to have been repaired. It wasn't Jose told me I needed a man around. So I wouldn't get scammed. Then turned around scammed me his coworker Rolando also. I have to pay new contractors to do what they failed to do repair damages caused from water damages. Jose told me his boss don't pay them all money owed to them for their hard work. They did work under the table using company equipment & vehicles. Brain said he allows them to use company equipment & vehicles. He doesn't care if they wrong people not his problem. Whatever you do stay away from this company. Find someone else to repair damages done to your home. I paid guys a lot of money. For repairs they didn't complete. read more
