i was in theater 1 on 04/25//2026 row G-9 And G-10 for the 7:00 pm showing of Micheal abd i jeeo feeling droplets of water and the thw water became mire intense where my pabts got wet so i i hade to leave the movie i was watching to make contact wirb tge staff to tell them that the ceilibg is leaking and tge manager told me that was suppose to be fixed and she was sorry but prior to the movie starting the same lady came and flash a ligjt in that spot i believe ahe qas trying to see if it waa leaking so im trying to understand why seat people there if they knew i wish i could upload the pictures but very dangerous and they did gice me a 20.00 refund and two tickets to use whenever.... This place truly is amazing. I was able to bring my two kids on a Saturday. Movie tickets, popcorn, and drinks for all of us for just under $60. The seats were comfortable, the movie was great, and the people that worked there were also super friendly. Overall, it was a great experience read more

My boyfriend and I had to be out of the house for a couple hours so we stopped by this movie theater. Very old-school vibes and we ended up watching the movie heart eyes. When we walked into the movie theater room, we loved how the room was small compared to other movie theater rooms. They did have lounging chairs, which was cool. I didnt expect them and also had a great selection for snacks. We got a large popcorn and a large raspberry icee. Overall, a good experience. read more

Very clean. The place has that ma and pa vibes. Yes it doesn't have that luxury feature but that does not affect my rate. The seat looks fairly worn out because it made of leather, but comfortable. The price of the ticket is great compared to other theaters. read more

I came here today with my husband and 2 kids and was not greeted or helped out for well over 5 mins as I waited to purchase our tickets for a matinee. I had a like-Stanley cup with me to which the manager who rang us up for our tickets said we couldn't bring in. I immediately rejected that and told her I should be able to bring in my own cup; she then asked us to inspect it?? Like legit had my husband show her what was inside the cup. The cup had soda for my kids and she told us we couldn't bring it in. I drank some and dumped it out and went to the front and bought them an icee without fussing bc they did have a "no outside drink sign" so I figured that's fine whatever, but tbh it's still weird and kinda violating in a way to me. But what REALLY annoyed me was that I asked for 4 water cups to go with my icee purchase to which the worker told us with a scoff that she can only provide us with ONE Dixie cup. I said but there is 4 of us that each paid for a ticket as well?? So I dumped the water into my thermos and asked her to fill it multiple times. Each time she filled the 4 oz Dixie less and less water was provided in the cup. Water is free and comes out of the fountain and not out of her paycheck. She kept turning back to see if the manager was going to punish her for providing us with water in my thermos, weirdddddd. I think it's incredibly greedy to not provide water nor have a sign saying they do not provide water. I also think having your minimum Wage workers work under that type of pressure is not ethical. I walked into the theatre and the seats were super tore up and dismantled, honestly worried how they even sanitize them properly with how bad they looked. The seats honestly looked like a bear got to them. I wish I had a better experience but unfortunately I didn't. Also, they kept leaving the popcorn door open. As someone who works in the food industry that shouldn't be happening but the manager was too concerned with my thermos and giving me free fountain water to notice the health violation. Nice little neighborhood theatre. If your looking for luxury this isn't it but it is clean comfortable has everything you are looking for even reclining seats. No alcohol but none needed. It doesn't have a huge menu. You get your basic movie theatre food. read more

This is the most affordable movie theater in San Bernardino area. It's clean and the chairs are very comfortable. Employees are all very nice. I took my sister and brother to see It Chapter 2, and during the movie there was a lot of disturbance coming from a group of teenagers. Talking loudly during the movie and running around. It was all a distraction. I would recommend that more employees should do a walk through, just to make sure everything is alright. read more

Been coming for over 10 years. The kids are all grown but still love the hot dogs. Clean safe theatre. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Love the new upgrade to reclining seats and the ticket reservation system. We purchased ours earlier in the day guaranteeing a seat when we arrived..no more arriving to a sold out show. You can still walk up and pick your seats. Definitely recommend. Sunday's is 6.50 all shows. read more

It has been a long time since I've been to this theater. I Took my whole family tonight, and it was great. Theater was clean and the new chairs are super comfortable. It was an all around great experience. Prices are fantastic. My daughter lost her wallet in the theater, and the workers went above and beyond to help her find it. Thank you to the owners that have invested in this San Bernardino business. We need more local businesses willing to invest in bringing some excellence back to the city of San Bernardino. read more

This theatre was bought out last year by regency theaters and wow what a difference! Brand new chairs, the friendliest staff, lowest prices and 3D movies! There have been only a couple of nights I go and there are rowdy people but hey what can you expect from the area they're in? My family has a great time when we go to the movies now and don't have to spend a fortune just to get in. *Prices - best in the area 5/5 *Staff - have always had a great time, huge improvement from previous owners 5/5 *Location - not the best location but the staff seem to keep an eye out plus they have security on property 3/5 *Food quality - never had a problem, free refill on large popcorn and soda plus they have $1 beef hotdogs which is a huge plus 5/5 *Movie quality - Regency replaced the worn down screens and chairs and seems to have boosted the sound systems as well... for the price a 5/5 Overall great bargain for everyone with the great prices and service, its just not the best area read more

On Saturday 7-7-2012 I and my family had a horrible experience at your local theater Sterling 6 Cinemas in San Bernardino. Myself, and my 32 year old sister and my 2 year old niece entered your theater to wach the 4:00 o'clock Spiderman movie. However, my sister was accosted and had her purse hand bag checked extensively by MICHAEL the young ticket taker. This has occurred to us before and I complained and nothing seems to have been done. Each and every time I make this complaint about this young man, the answer I receive is that this is SAN BENARDINO. By making that statement it implies that my community that I live in is less of a place to live, other than say Beverly Hills. So, more scrutinity is to be taken in allowing even off duty law enforcement, which my sister is, into your theater just because I want to see a movie in my community. If this is the case then leave our community as I and no one else who has the zip code 92404 emblazoned on their driver license deserves to be stripped searched going to the local theater. We do not want your business here...leave. I gladly asked for a refund and headed back to the Krikorian and paid there....no strip search either. I was told that a new downtown complex has opened and I will surely be giving them my money other than this jail house attitude of a cineplex. See how quickly a review can change. I haven't been to this theater in quite sometime so I decided to go last weekend. At first I was surprised that they had upgraded the seating and I was pretty satisfied until......I was watching a movie with my kids and something started to bite my arms and face. My daughter tried to rest her head on the seat and the chair was sticky. It's really sad because this theater is a local theater in San Bernardino but we will never go back. I'd rather pay more for a movie ticket than get attacked by who knows what. Who knows what was on my daughter chair too. Having been here numerous times since my first review, I can happily say that a 4th Yelp star has been earned. The family and I have enjoyed numerous movies here and the employees are always helpful and friendly. You can read my main review for the "Details" of what I think of this - but the consistent positive experiences we've had here... coupled with the the fact that they have ditched the ATM machine and now accept ATM/Credit Cards for their concessions - garners the 4th star! Nothing extravagant or palatial - but good enough to keep coming back over and over when we want to see a first-run movie at a fair price. Kudos to Regency for buying a theater on its last legs and rehabbing it into a an enjoyable diamond in San Bernardino's rough. read more

Here's what we experienced on a weeknight. +We were the only ones in our theater. +Pricing is good- $7 for a night showing ticket +Customer service was good. +Bathrooms were kept clean +Well Lit Parking lot NEGATIVES -bad area at night -a few bums hanging around asking us for money -seats are uncomfortable -place is very run down and old. It's ok if you like to go somewhere that isn't crowded, where you don't have to wait in line and if you are going with other people. This theatre has decently priced tickets but it isnt safe to park at this theatre. I went and saw the black panther last night. I loved the movie and i enjoyed the experience so much that i stayed to watch the entire credit screen roll after the movie. When i left the theatre I discovered my car being broken into. The person had already smashed the passenger window and was rummaging in my car. I was parked right in front of the theatre. I asked theatre management for any information available on the event and they have no security footage. They said that they would have their security stop by and they never came and i stayed long enough to fill out a full police report. This guy is the jerk breaking windows in the parking lot and he will probably never be caught at this theatre. read more

My wife and I went here last night to watch a movie with some friends. We had never been here before and picked this theater because it was close to a bar we were attending later on that night. The building is small, so after buying tickets you have to wait outside until your particular theater (Room # 2) is ready. They will not let you into the lobby unless you have to use their restroom. Upon entering the lobby we were met with a bunch of unsupervised, loud, obnoxious, teenage riff-raff (customers) who couldn't keep their mouths shut during the movie and was purposely pouring popcorn on the lobby floor to be funny. Nothing was done to quell this by the staff members. The theater seating was new and had a nice downward angle to it so you don't have to worry so much about people sitting in front of you, however, the theater was dingy and had a bad smell to it. If they did a better job cleaning the theaters and did something to keep out the riff-raff, then we may give it another try sometime. read more

Love being able to take my 3 kids to the movies to see all the new releases for only $5! That price can't be beat. Staff is friendly and it doesn't break the bank to take my entire family out. I am a constant customer of this little 6 screen theater. The prices are MORE than fair...$5 all shows before 5PM, $7 thereafter, unless you are a senior...still $5. Their concessions stand prices ARE a bit high...but for $1 Eisenhower brand hot dogs ALL DAY LONG, you can fill up if you are on a budget or don't see spending a load of your hard earned money like you would in the larger theater chains. The restrooms are moderately clean. The theater has lots of seats, but being located in a slightly low-income area...it is NOT stadium seating. The seats all have cupholders, which IS convienient, and the movies are FIRST RUN movies. Movies change every Friday. The theater itself has a couple decade history...and recently, upon being taken over by the Regency Cinemas theater chain...has IMPROVED!!
