GREAT PLAYS that were presented to the audience. I enjoyed my experience., as the actors and the hole production were outstanding.

Great local theater. Not a bad seat in the house. I will definitely return to see additional plays here.

Look Dine-In Cinemas of Redlands, California is across from or very near a lot of local DTRL favorites such as Redlands Public Market, J Riley Distillery, Las Fuentas Grill, Escape Craft Brewery. Fun place to watch Marty Supreme, Oscar Nominated flicks and a diverse assortment of others. Easy vast parking. Accessibility throughout for any and all. Love the dine in aspect and competitive prices ranging from Child to Adult to Senior. Kids under two are free, though it's pretty hard to take a newborn or one year old to a movie theatre. Much like Cinemark, AMC and others Look Dine-In offers and Infinity Club monthly (or annual) membership with unlimited movies -- up to one ticket per day. Also with 20% off food, non-alcoholic beverages (though they do offer adult beverages at full price from their bar), $2 off one additional ticket... per day! And a lot more. Since I'm not a frequent "Look-er" I haven't take advantage of this perk. However if there were more locations throughout SoCal I would absolutely consider it. For eats they do note that menu items may vary between locations. Grateful for their Hummus which comes with celery, carrots and toasted flat bread. Impossible Burger, sides, snacks and various Mocktails (also cocktails), speak to me as well. Spent the day out here, but without my charger, so pics to come next time! Open everyday as early as 11AM or by 1PM daily until the last film show of the night. They have a location in Glendale, CA I'm hoping to check out soon and compare. Definitely would return in hopes they might give everything the tender love and care/tlc it needs. Service is really nice, personable and friendly.

I saw Zootopia 2 opening night. It was clean although the seats weren't the most comfy. They don't recline very much, and the leather on most of them is heavily cracked/peeled. This location is pretty chill overall. They rarely have anyone checking tickets (I really only recall them doing it once for Infinity War many years ago). You can choose to order food and have it delivered to your seat, but they aren't pushy about it at all, which is nice. I usually eat somewhere else and then come here afterwards because Look's offerings are expensive but just mid taste-wise. The smell of fried stuff fills the room really fast so it can definitely be tempting to want to partake though!

The…read morecheaper ticket prices are honestly worth it if you're not too picky about the more "boujee" seating you get at other theaters. You definitely get what you pay for, and the pricing makes it a good option, especially for families or bigger groups just looking to see a movie without spending a lot. The seats aren't reclining, but they are comfortable. They are on the narrow side though, and they automatically fold up. That actually made it a bit tricky for my 6-year-old since she's light enough that the seat would fold back up on her. I had to grab a booster just to add some weight so it would stay down, which was kind of annoying. Food prices are what you'd expect for a movie theater. They only have Pepsi products, and the only energy drink option was Celsius. Customer service felt pretty cold, like employees weren't exactly happy to be there, which stood out. I got nachos, and they're served in what looks like a hot dog box. They load chips into both sides and give you one container of cheese, which wasn't my favorite setup. The tray itself also felt a bit flimsy, so I had to hold both ends to keep it from folding. The pretzel was a good size, but they now charge extra for dips, which was new for us since we hadn't been charged for a first dip before. On the positive side, they had a lot of Icee flavors, which the kids really enjoyed. The theater itself was clean, which I appreciated, and the soda had a good amount of fizz. The snack line can get pretty long, so it's worth arriving early if you plan on buying food.

Where do I even start?…read more I was really excited to see the Michael Jackson movie and this was the only movie theater near me that had tickets available for my family and I during times that fit our availability. Parking: Parking was fine, there was plenty of it. No problem there. Cleanliness: Awful, just awful. The outside of the movie theater is fine, there are dried spills and stains on the floor right outside of the theater that should be taken care of but I did not think much of it at all. The rug inside was dirty so dirty just dirty. Dirty. I understand that there's foot traffic but I would think that at the end of the day the rugs are vacuumed and once in a while they are steam cleaned. The bathroom smelled like urine, they were awfully dirty. There are ring stains in the bathroom and sink (see pic) that could not be formed unless they have not been attended to for weeks; perhaps days given there is a lot of foot traffic there. Its just a messy AND dirty movie theater. Customer service: I don't know which one was worse -- the cleanliness or customer service. My father and I were in line. We had 20 mins until the movie started. We ordered 1 LARGE refillable popcorn, 1 LARGE refillable drink, 1 bottled iced tea and at the end I decided to add 1 MEDIUM Popcorn. Both popcorns were no butter no salt so I understand it would take some time. The attendant (I did not get her name but she had dark hair, plus size, and was short) said there was fresh popcorn just put in. Great. When she checked 5 mins later she noticed no there was not. So she put it in. About 15 mins passed by then and I told my dad to go to the theater I would take the things. The popcorn was popping and an employee was going to put salt on all of them. I kindly (swear I was kind) asked the woman if she could bag our popcorn and she said wait and attended two more customers. Some other woman had to help me out. I was given a medium popcorn only. I asked for my large and the woman just said no. Just no. I said I ordered one and she said she knew but she took it off because I added the medium??? Odd. Mistakes happen I've worked in the industry but I asked to be charged for one and the woman just kept insisting I was at fault and by this time it was about 3 mins after my movie started and I just firmly told her "we all make mistakes, that is ok that is part of the industry, please ring my popcorn." You would think thats the end but she started going on and on while ringing other customers so I asked for a manager and she ran past the other employee to get him and she was explaining the situation and manager came. By this time I was about 8 mins past my movie start time. I asked if a discount could be given due to the inconvenience. He said "no that doesnt exist" and he rung me up so slow. Soooo slow. And filled the bucket while chit chatting and I told them my movie already started and he said "that is out of my control oh well." I know it is but I wish for some urgency it cannot be hard to ring a popcorn and fill it. Popcorn: I ALWAYS ask for my popcorn no salt no butter in every movie theater. Theyre always hot and fresh and crunchy. These were stale. I swear they were. My family complained about them and did not even finish the bucket (which we usually do and even get refills we love love snacking int he movies). Overall: DO NOT RECOMMEND this movie theater. For movie theaters all I expect is a sense of urgency due to patrons' movie times and some sort of cleanliness. In other movie theaters, while we are exiting the theater, there are employees waiting there with brooms, dust pans, and a trash can. Noooot here. Do not go. On top of the dirtiness and messiness, there is bad customer service just terrible and stale food.

What a lovely theatre. We love classic movie palaces and drove about 90 minutes to see a show here…read more The size is just right... not too big, not too small. The bathrooms were nicer than I expected. I heard they recently did a renovation and I thought expanding the lobby was a great idea. We saw the ballroom area on the second floor and wow, what a cool space that is. I had a few concerns though which I thought negatively affected my experience. During intermission I couldn't figure out why there was such a hold up exiting the theatre. Yes there were a number of older patrons who walked slow or with walkers, but that is totally fine. When I exited the auditorium I saw this HUGE bottle neck of the men's bathroom line, elevator line, people exiting the theatre and people entering the theatre... and to top it all off... they put the refreshment bar right there. OMG... it was so frustrating and such a bottleneck. I'd consider moving the refreshment bar to the main lobby area which seem to be much more spacious and give more room for the auditorium doors. While I thought the bathrooms were unexpectly large and spacious but there were some concerns I had. The line to the men's bathroom went well into the lobby, but the door needed to be handled by every person in line. I think a door stop might help to prop the door open and so not everyone had to touch the door. Every single person (hopefully) is washing their hands - but with a manual on/off lever, it just stalled the sink line. And, it made a mess with everyone's wet hands handling the faucet lever and walking to the paper towel dispenser. I think they could speed up the line and make less congeston by using automatic on/off faucets. This is what the Pantages recently did and it was a game changer. Same goes with the paper towel dispenser. Everyone had to wave their hand to get the towels to dispense. Ugg, it was sooooo slow. I'd much prefer the towel dispensers which would automatically dispense a towel immediately when one is ripped off. And, worst part, with just 2 dispensers in the men's bathroom, there was one that was not working with dead batteries. OMG... that should be a priority to check before opening the house. In many ways this is just inexcusable.

Thank you to Mrs. E for making our child's summer better. She really enjoyed being a part of your art class. As a parent only stopping here to bring my child in for a little something to do over the summer, I was taken back by the beauty in all of the the art found here, especially those pieces found in the art room where the children gathered for class. Astonishing works of art decorate the walls. My kiddo brought home some very unique and creative works being a student here. Classes were always punctual to begin and finish. The class instructor, Mrs. E, is really awesome with all the children. She's very soft spoken and has a calming demeanor. She's hands on in her instruction which is essential when working with young children. She kindly converses with her students, compliments and treats them with respect. We very much appreciated all of this. Little people appreciate this as well. So thank you! We will be back next summer. If I could change one thing about the several visits we made to the Redlands Art Association, it would be in the way we were received by the lady who wears a blazer with the short dark hair and glasses that sits up front. She's not very welcoming for being a receptionist or what you first encounter walking into this place. She isn't friendly, no smile, quite rude actually. Never once said hello, or attempted to speak to us. My 5 star review is specifically written for Mrs. E. If I were to rate my experience based on the lady sitting up front, and the way she acknowledges others, (or better yet, her lack of acknowledgement towards others) this would surely be a 1 star rating. There's another lady with light brown shoulder length hair and bangs that is very kind and welcoming. Much better! It's a perfect place for a date or a night out with friends or family. The focal point of the main dining room is the bar, which faces the restaurant's entrance. Meticulously designed with a nostalgic feel, the bar features blonde wood shelves holding hundreds of vinyl records, carefully curated design objects, and a DJ booth neatly tucked into a corner next to the bar. The beer taps are elegantly minimalist, and every detail in the bar--for example, the old-fashioned glass syrup bottles--seems planned to give a nod to history (specifically the late 19th century, when Redlands was founded). The main dining room offers plenty of comfortable seating choices, including a long bar along the center of the room. The patio is spacious and well kept. All of the spaces inside and out have music piped in from the bar. There are two restrooms just off the patio, and these are well-maintained. On busy nights, patrons can enjoy a drink in a standing bar area just off the patio. I love that the Overland provides a choice of setting depending on the kind of night you're planning. A romantic date? Get a reservation to sit inside, and it feels intimate. Just hanging out? The bar is fun as the mixologists make excellent drinks and friendly conversation. Sitting at the bar after 7 PM, you can watch the DJs spin the platters. If you have a larger group or just like to eat alfresco, the patio is perfect. The menu offers a really nice variety of drinks, including the pricier craft cocktails, more classic, moderately priced beverages, nonalcoholic drinks, and all sorts of beer and wine. The food menu is solid, with plenty of appetizers, salads, entrées, and a dessert. The real star is the tacos! These are very moderately priced at seven dollars apiece, and all three varieties are delicious! There is a potato taco, a beef taco, and pork chili Verde taco. I highly recommend these! The green salsa they provide is extremely mild, but they do have a variety of hot sauces on hand. It's worth mentioning that even a humble plate of tacos is served on nice ceramic dishes, along with good flatware and napkins. The espresso martini cheesecake is creamy and delicious, and the portion is really generous. The staff seem to enjoy working at the Overland. The servers work hard to make sure your order is to your liking, and food comes out pretty fast. There's a good sense of teamwork among them. The staff is also accommodating about seating or any special requests. We've been there on a busy Friday night, and on a Sunday evening and late night. The Overland is always at least moderately busy, so reservations are strongly recommended. The city of Redlands should be very proud of this establishment. Go and have fun!

We made reservations for four, and as soon as we arrived, we were seated right away, which was a great start. Unfortunately, I noticed a few cleanliness issues almost immediately. The tables were pretty dusty, and the glass water cups we were given still had food residue on them. One even had what looked like a lipstick mark on the rim. I let our waitress know, and she apologized and quickly brought us new glasses. Those were still dirty as well, with (food residue) so I asked if she could replace them again. After the third attempt, the glasses finally came out spotless. It seemed like there may have been an issue with the dishwasher filter?, but I really appreciated how kind and apologetic our waitress was throughout the entire situation. The drinks were good overall. I ordered a couple of nonalcoholic drinks, and they were refreshing and flavorful. We also tried the cheese fries and the fried onion, and both were really tasty. Overall, I'd give this place a 6/10. The rough start with the cleanliness definitely affected the experience, but the service helped make up for it. The staff genuinely seemed to care about making things right, and that went a long way. I absolutely loved the vibe and the music, and I think this place has a lot of potential. I'd definitely be willing to give it another try because I think it could be a great spot for a fun night out.
