When I asked Russ if he knows about this incident or have been notified of such, he said that he can't answer my question. I also had some questions regarding the P&L that have been done by this office, he said that he can't answer any questions. I sent him Operating Agreement of the business and reminded him that I am the 50% shareholder of the company and have an executive power, and decision making for the company and he can't withhold the financial records and information from me. He sent an email to me saying that my questions regarding my QuickBooks are threatening and disrespectful to his office and told me that I can't communicate with their office anymore. This person have been unprofessional and rude. He is paid by my company and hired by my company, but withholds my records and information from me. I asked about their credentials, he responded that my inquiry is disrespectful and offensive. I would like to know who is the governing board of this company. I am wondering if he owns a license or an appropriate training of the code of ethics, rules or regulations of the line of his business, otherwise he should have known that he can't work as a book keeper for my company and yet doesn't feel accountable to answer my questions regarding the quick book and handling my sensitive financial information. He said that I should not contact his office and yet wants to have access to all of my bank accounts, bank transactions and work and get paid for my company. He is not bonded by any rules and regulation. If you get into a problem with them you must pay more money and hire an attorney to protect your business and rights.

While the individual employee responsible no longer works at the firm, Huddleston as a business refused to take ANY responsibility for their negligence. When I tried to request a fair settlement from Huddleston--such as receiving a partial refund for the amount I paid for their tax services given that they failed to fulfill their duties--they stopped responding to my messages. When you trust a business with something as important as your financials, you deserve better, and as a fellow small business owner, I am incredibly disappointed in Huddleston CPAs.

If there is no parking, I suggest you come at another time or earlier because it probably means it will be an hour plus wait. The door may be shut and locked if no one is there, but if you are there between the business hours posted on the door, just knock. You can call ahead to see how busy it is, but I don't believe he takes appointments. Daniel is solo in his office or sometimes have an assistant. There is no one to greet you when you arrive. Most of the time it is quite busy especially around tax season, and there will be a bunch of people sitting in the waiting area and you have no idea what order in line you are in. Just ask around who you're after. You can even put in one of the vhs movies to play on a super old TV in the waiting area. I have waited over an hour to see Daniel, but once you're in there he'll take care of you and it's pretty cheap. My family also comes here. He speaks Vietnamese and English. I've been coming here for over 10 years ever since I started working. My mom referred me.

This time she COULD NOT find our paperwork. We saw her scramble in the back and ask other co-workers. Once she returned she said we were 3rd in line. When we were finally seen-- we were the 4th in line to be called and two people who checked in after us for their 1:15pm and 1:30pm appointments were called BEFORE us. WE WAITED A TOTAL OF 3 HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT. We were really upset by this point. Reception had a lack of organization and abysmal management of customer walk-in and appointments.
