I filed a complaint and escalated it and then refused a refund by Team Leader Lisa Erb. Common business practice is to make a customer feel they were rendered good service. I was left feeling robbed and taken advantage of. My taxes were filed incorrectly by H&R Block, I paid $815 for this tax service. To right the situation I was offered a $50 discount to return to them next year. What a joke!

Since I live 1 hour away, he offered to come in on Saturday, when they were closed, since I had mentioned I was coming up to the area on Saturday to see some friends. I was so surprised! I couldn't believe he would give up time on his day off just for me. When I was driving up on Saturday, I was a little late and called to let him know. He understood and waited for me. When I arrived, everything was 90% done. After I handed over the last info needed, everything got finished. He gave me some coupons to use for next year's taxes and to hand out to friends.
