He loves numbers and tax code stuff, which means he loves his profession and is always up to date on what's going on with the incredibly confusing tax situation in the U.S. So far, he found a mistake in our last tax preparer's returns and got us back over $4000, without asking for a dime because he was looking over the returns for another reason-that showed me he's honest. His cost for preparing this years returns compared to what we paid for last years was at least 40% less, and honestly they were done less than a week after I had given him the information- sometimes the next day. Our last tax person took months, and the returns were not even prepared correctly.
