My lifetime printer loves printing out blank pages, even though the ink cartridges are completely full. Drove by this little print shop randomly and dropped in. I stood in the lobby and emailed them my projects, as instructed. They quickly printed out my pages and gave me my final bill. Under $3. I asked them if they were kidding. Nope! I couldn't believe how affordable this place is. I'll never buy a printer again. Why would I? Today I'll be printing out pictures for a Christmas photo album, so that should be a test for the quality of paper and ink. I'll update accordingly.

We are now left with a whole staff full of people and nothing to appreciate them with this year because lack of communication and inability to keep track of their own stock as they took orders. Very disappointed. When I called customer service, the lady just said "sorry, there's nothing I can do". Not willing to offer to rush another item similar, not willing to adjust the order or help in any way other than simply giving the information that they were out of stock on that item and that our money has been refunded.

I also made sure once again they had my email correct. They were so pushy like... yeah yeah yeah.. ok.ok. ... uhmm? I stumbled across their webpage and was blown away by the real life examples of other wedding/birth announcements/save the dates/business cards they had on their site. I immediately told my husband that no matter what the cost we were going with Twin Ravens Press. He didn't like that idea but told me to contact them and see if they were within our budget. WELL not only were they within our budget, but we got to help with a custom design!!! We emailed Kristin some examples of certain designs we saw and liked and she came up with an amazing design for our invitations, reply cards and the envelopes!
