But Dr. Kim heard me out, talked calmly and not like a sales person about my light Progressive options, and heard me out as I preferred a regular distance Rx and a supplemental computer script. Dr. Kim and the technician were top notch and I will return! Was looking forward to choosing some cool frames and found a pair I liked but the aren't manufactured to my needed frame size. My only reservation to recommend Be Spectacled is how difficult they make it to select lenses once you have picked out some frames. An associate literally read aloud my options off their computer monitor, without clarifying the costs or features. When I selected the basic lenses, they said I didn't want those (then why even offer them?). I never really understood what I was getting or paying. I didn't even see an itemized receipt until I picked up my glasses ($275 for lenses, oof). It all felt rushed, opaque and like I was getting up-sold at a car dealership. If they would be more clear and transparent about lense options and costs (maybe put it all on a flyer you can hand to the customer), this place would be an easy five-star review.
