I guess he thought he knew better. This extended the time for them to get the right tires in the truck. But I didn't see my vehicle go up on the lift for an alignment so I asked if they had done the alignment I paid for, they had not. Once the alignment was finished I was presented with another bait and switch $170 bill because they had switched tires without telling me. I think it would have been a lot less hassle if I just gone to Walmart.

Instead of moving forward with a true diagnostic, they repeated the exact same service (discharge and recharge) that had just been done, and then charged me $285 for it. In the end, I'm back to square one--still not knowing what's wrong with my AC, but now out the money for a redundant service I did not need. To make it worse, I was told I'd need to pay even more for a diagnostic... which is what I had asked for in the first place. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Be careful coming here for service and make sure they're clear on what you're requesting, or you may end up paying twice without answers. Always ask for Donny. He is awesome! I never got an actual time estimate. An hour and a half later I go up to ask how much longer it was going to be. A gentleman went and looked at the queue and came back and said it would be another hour and a half to two hours. I stated that I had already been waiting for an hour and a half. Another gentleman who I am assuming to be the manager stated that he was going to go figure out what was going on and see what he could do. When he came back, he stated that he moved my car to the front of the line so that way it would get started. About a half hour to 45 minutes later technician comes in and tells me that there were two nails in the tire and one of them was in a gray area and was not holding pressure anymore. he stated that they were gonna try again, but that this was not gonna be a permit fix. He gave me a quote on three different types of tires. And stated that I should replace it. He went back and continue trying to fix the tire. He got it fixed. By that point I had been at the tire place for 4 1/2 hours. If I had known the weight was gonna be so long, I would not have stayed. It was a waste of my time. Thank you to the gentleman who moved my car up, but I believe they need to come up with a better system in terms of checking in cars. I feel like if they would've had an electronic system where I could see the progress on the car or even just see how long the estimate was gonna take. I would've been a lot more informed. Overall, it was a bad experience. I contemplated getting my tires through them, but after this experience, I declined and went to a different tire shop. I would not go there at all ever again.
