Brandon Crow, is an excellent guide, very friendly, fun. He knows the river and fish well and has never failed to put us on fish. Typically, while we are enjoy our stay at the White Buffalo Resort we are checking our calendars and making plans for our next stay.

I'd skip the breakfast and make your own. The fishing was good and with the guides - we did two days. Their top guide is a little arrogant, but knows how to find the trout and will drift fish rather than anchor, which was nice. Would I return? Probably. However, I'd make most of my meals in the cabin and just do a dinner in the restaurant. One thing that's nice is they will cook your catch in the restaurant and prepare to your specifications.

We just spent 3 nights at Mariott's Willow Ridge in Branson, Mo. With it being December, the…read moreoutdoor pools and such were not operational, and we did not make use of the indoor pool, so my review is not based on those things. Our room was on the fifth floor of building 2. There is an elevator so accessing the upper floors is easy. There were plenty of luggage carts available. Our "room" was a one bedroom apartment. Full kitchen (full size fridge/freezer, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, 12 cup coffee pot, double sink, dishwasher, pots/pans, plates, utensils, etc) A large dining table with seating for six. Living room with couch and chair and TV with Cable and several streaming apps that you can sign into with your own credentials (also a DVD player which we did not use.) The king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable! Another TV in the bedroom. The bathroom was very nice. Typical hotel bathrooms have terrible lighting for applying make-up, but the lighting in this bathroom was very bright and they offered a magnifying mirror. The tub is comfortable and large for taking a relaxing bath! The shower operated very well, with a normal shower head plus a hand held shower wand. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash supplied. Lots of towels and washcloths. This place was super clean, extremely comfortable. If I had to find a negative, it would be that they charge $15/day for parking which seems ridiculous. We would definitely stay here again.

The lodge has some of the best trophies from around the world creating a world-class feel, and rooms are spacious, high ceilings.
