I was in and out of there within 25 minutes. I will say there is no waiting area so I had to sit outside, but it was worth it. I hobbled in and made some calls and was introduced to Tylor. He came to my house (not too far form his location) after he had worked a long day, and confirmed what I had thought. Of course no one keep things in stock anymore and Hyundai had not released it to any outside vendors, but Tylor made some calls and got the part in. I went to pay for it, and he was going to come back to put it in but I had an appointment. He actually asked if he could do it right then and there. It took him probably 5 minutes to switch it out and then took it on a test drive with the scanner and it came back A-OK. Now, this is something I expected back in the day, but today...Well lets just say, I'm very happy to see that there are some young people still in the world that really understand customer service and people. I was later informed that the tires could not be removed because the vehicle has a wheel lock, so only the alignment was performed. What is unacceptable is that the wheel lock key was in the glove compartment, and no one made any effort to contact me to ask about it. Instead, they proceeded without the tire replacement and waited until I called to ask when my car would be ready. When I asked why I was not contacted, I was met with hostility rather than accountability, as though the issue was my fault. Clear communication and basic customer service were lacking throughout this visit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
