During the tire work, the talented experienced mechanic noticed the car needed front brake pads/rotors and they informed me if the same. Brake work was done timely. An alingment check was done. I'm a single mom and just moved here from out of town, so I know like two people total. A stranger put my spare on for me (which was also flat) and I barely made it to the shop. But once I was there the guys were super comforting and helpful! They ended up fixing two tire valves and a sensor for me, all of which I never would have know was an issues if it wouldn't have been for them taking the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle for me even after closing. 10/10 recommend: the staff, the shop, everything. I hobbled in and made some calls and was introduced to Tylor. He came to my house (not too far form his location) after he had worked a long day, and confirmed what I had thought. Of course no one keep things in stock anymore and Hyundai had not released it to any outside vendors, but Tylor made some calls and got the part in. I went to pay for it, and he was going to come back to put it in but I had an appointment. He actually asked if he could do it right then and there. It took him probably 5 minutes to switch it out and then took it on a test drive with the scanner and it came back A-OK. Now, this is something I expected back in the day, but today...Well lets just say, I'm very happy to see that there are some young people still in the world that really understand customer service and people. I HIGHLY recommend this shop and more importantly this young man Tylor. He went WAY above and beyond to make sure that I am safely on the road again. I was later informed that the tires could not be removed because the vehicle has a wheel lock, so only the alignment was performed. What is unacceptable is that the wheel lock key was in the glove compartment, and no one made any effort to contact me to ask about it. Instead, they proceeded without the tire replacement and waited until I called to ask when my car would be ready. When I asked why I was not contacted, I was met with hostility rather than accountability, as though the issue was my fault. Clear communication and basic customer service were lacking throughout this visit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I would say more but I would just be assuming but they're are way better places to take your car who actually value your dollar and show courtesy and respect. Ps.
