Because they had to wait for the parts to arrive, the repair took all day rather than the estimated four hours, which was a bit frustrating. However, the shop went above and beyond to make things right: they stayed open past their closing time to finish the job so I wouldn't be without my car overnight, and they kindly provided rides to and from the shop.
