After they were done, I realized my tile floor didn't look this good even when the house was brand new...the white grout is actually white again! They arrived on time and completed their work in record time. Pricing was great, too. Just know that there is prep work customers must do ahead of time. Throw rugs, stereo speakers, plants, end tables, floor lamps, dining room chairs, etc. all need to be off the tile floor. My piano and china hutch stayed in place. Floors under there are probably pristine anyways. We will definitely be asking them to come back again when we notice the grout getting dirty again. Thanks Steam Masters!

I had already gotten an estimate from the company for the living room and bedroom. The men that came said it would take a lot of work to partially remove the stain. He refused to help move the tables in the living room because it had a glass top. I said. no problem my husband and I will do it. My husband then said he would take responsibility if the glass were to break. So he did help move the table. The living room rug was cleaned fairly well. in the bedroom he had cleaned very little space just around the bed. I kind of feel ripped off. It cost me 440. dollars to do the space in the bedroom around the bed and the living room was a 9x12 carpet . Thanks for your service but I' am disappointed with the price. Btw, they weren't able to remove all the blood, but that was explained. the quote I was given was between 250 and 450. For the 30 minutes of work that was done, not removing the blood, I feel that the price was unacceptable. If he had gotten all the stains out, I wouldn't complain. It's my fault though, I knew up front and paid anyway. This is a FYI in the event you are thinking of using them.
