He continuously uses large verbiage and asks you to purchase more services every visit. If you sign a contract for a package, it is non refundable. Luckily, he is inept and unorganized so I didn't get to sign one. I was less than impressed with services and asked for a refund. First, he "miscalculated" my refund. Then after 2 weeks of saying he had insufficient funds. It took a threat of serving court papers to get my refund. Amazingly, the funds appeared in less than 24hrs.
