In my opinion, all she does is quiz you to find out what other services they can sell you or bill your insurance for. Like presenting me with a tiny leads unit I did not ask for. Also I am legally blind but still have some vision. In the Flower Mound location, the waiting area is filled with light but as soon as the door to the hallway opens and your name is called, you walk into a dark hallway. When I would have to quickly explain I'm visually impaired -they did not really assist me. One therapist had lowered her bed all the way to the floor and as I walked in there was no bed and I was completely lost. She couldn't figure how to turn the lights up so I could get my bearings. Again, two of my massage therapists were amazing. This review is based solely on my experiences d your visit may be different.

I realized I needed a good massage therapist. I came to Yelp of course because this is the best way to find anything. I had a one hour deep tissue massage with Rebecca today. If I just would have started with her at the first sign of pain I could have saved myself money and time and tears. Rebecca knows what she is doing and it is exactly what I needed. She also gave me a lot of suggestions for things I could do to make this better. The price was very reasonable and she said they don't accept tips. They would rather you come get the therapy you need without worrying about the price with tip. Both Pam and Rebecca are amazing. They know exactly how to get the knots out and loosen tight muscles. I have never left unsatisfied. If I could go every day I honestly would. They even give you suggestions for stretching if a certain area is bothering you do to not enough stretching. I have shoulder/neck issues and lower back (at times). They are always on point and leave me feeling like a well oiled machine. You can't go wrong with either one of them. Highly recommend.

At Connected Health, we strive to provide a respectful and efficient environment for all of our patients. Given your concerns, we believe it would be best to cancel your appointment. We wish you the very best in finding the care that best fits your needs." Being respectful of your patients would include honoring your appointment commitments. Being respectful of your patients might include not threatening to cancel their appointment the day of, when the patient has already rearranged their schedule. I wanted my deposit back, and my intake information returned to me. I was then forbidden from coming to the office, and told it was not up for debate. Wildly unnecessary. This is highly unusual and completely counter to how legitimate, licensed therapeutic massage clinics operate.
