First of all, Ian is such a great, experienced DJ. We had been to multiple weddings that he also DJ'ed and always had the best time. Everyone was ready to dance all night. Even the music during dinner was a problem (in a good way) because we all wanted to dance instead of finish our food. The packages are straight forward and Lifetime Ent. has everything you could want from a DJ and entertainment vendor. Ian is very open to song requests and gets to know you and your style to ensure you and your loved ones have a great event. For our wedding, Lifetime Ent. supplied multiple screens with towers, colorful light display, audio including for our videographer to connect to, photo booth, sparkulars, and the fog machine for the "dancing on clouds" effect. If you can, request Benny to be your MC! His vibes were awesome all night and until this day, we keep calling him Benny Benassi. He and Ian kept everyone dancing and it became a night we will always remember. Disclosure: He is not actually Benny Benassi, haha. There is no question that Ian and his team have been doing this for some time and do it well. Entertainment was a priority in our wedding planning because it sets the tone for the whole night - DJ, MC - all of it. He is just a super nice, down to earth guy! He was also so easy to communicate with and made the whole wedding process completely stress-free! Music was very important to me, because I wanted everyone to have a good time-- old, young, picky music lovers etc. We went with top 40, songs people will sing to with plenty of 90s and 2000s throwbacks! We also added a percussionist to our package. Ian is a very experienced DJ and was extremely confident that he would DELIVER for the wedding! Now, I got married over two weeks ago and people are still RAVING about the music at my wedding!! Our host was Michael Wolk and he also brought so much LIFE to the party! All my friends and family were asking who the DJ and host was and requesting for their name to use for their future parties! The percussionist all the guests LOVED! It added a whole new level to the already awesome music! The dance floor was completely FULL the whole night!! The moment my husband and I met Christian we felt welcomed and immediately connected. As a gay couple, you never know how you'll be received from vendors and Christian was incredibly friendly and accepting. We knew we were in good hands and that Blanc Noir would be the perfect DJ, and WOW, Christian went above and beyond for us. Not only did Christian make sure to play every song we wanted to hear, but he also made sure to not play all the songs we didn't want to hear, which in my opinion is just as important. Christian and his amazing team covered everything from sound during the ceremony, to music during the cocktail hour, and was also the perfect emcee for the evening. He did an amazing job of keeping the flow going, and the dance floor full! First it should be said that it was a real pleasure to interact with everyone there. From father to son to various other folks that help there. The fish as usual was just fantastic (their fried fish is "A--mazing" as my friend put it). But the mixed veggies didn't get eaten (the luncheon was Jamaican themed and we had two other Jamaican vegetables there as well). So I brought the veggies home with me. Because I didn't eat all day I was pretty famished when I get home. I don't know if it's the Danish or Italian in me or just maybe because my father was this way - but when I'm hungry I just eat stuff without warming it (all kinds of stuff). So I dipped a fork into the, now cold, veggies and O M G - the veggies were just amazing. So I heaped a plate full of cold veggies and scarfed it down. It was so good that I had to call LaNeves to let them know. I also scarfed down about 4 pieces of fried fish (cold also). It was so good. You can just imagine how delicious it is when all fresh and warm, especially if it that good cold. So I'm going on about the veggies - but the fried fish is even better - you just have to try it. Sooooooooo good. I recommend this place for your events (both dining in and catering). The food is outstanding and the service is fantastic. Oh, and by-the-way, all the food was ready on schedule.
