I've had great experiences in working with State Farm to insure some of our vehicles. Mary was my initial contact and was great to talk to. She made understanding the specifics quite easy, as insurance can be tricky at times. I believe she was very helpful in finding the proper insurance for what I was looking for. She's kind, compassionate and a true professional who is always willing to answer any questions pertaining to insurance coverage and options. Currently, Varun is my guy who has helped me get through the details of insuring my next vehicle. We have a couple of cars being insured by State Farm and will eventually switch over all insurance needs, in the future. Varun was easy to talk to, attentive to details and very thorough from start to finish. He's friendly and knowledgeable. THE most incompetent insurance agent that I have ever dealt with in my life! Is unable to manage the most basic needs and requests of the customer. Does not return phone calls in a timely manner. Does not show up for work until 11am. Does not possess the very basic knowledge of what paper work is required for transactions. I would definitely recommend that you look elsewhere for a more competent agent. Will never purchase another State Farm product again.
