All of the prices beat State Farms rates and so I made an appointment to go speak to them. When I first got there the CSR, Kelli, greeted me and was very friendly. I only had to wait for a minute before I saw the agent, Nicole Andrews. From here my experience got better. She explained everything to me and pointed out some things that I didn't even know I didn't have on my State Farm poilicies. She was very easy to talk to. While I was there the owner came in and introduced herself to me and thanked me for coming in. I was so surprised at how easy the transition was to move all of my policies. They took care of all of the paperwork and even sent over cancellation letters to my State Farm agent. RUN AWAY! Every minute we had insurance with this company / office was a nightmare!! We continued to get our home owner's insurance money sent to us as a refund, and then we had to turn around and send it to our financer, and jump through hoops to have it added to our escrow; all because they couldn't get the electronic signing correct. THEN, after I canceled, they tried to seek another month of insurance with them, and then turned us into collection for the amount! I had called and canceled ALL insurance with them before the next billing date, AND had other insurance, but they still tried to suck another month's premium out of me. (I have documented proof of all of this) Trust Me, It's Not Worth The Hassle you WILL EXPERIENCE dealing with these people! I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

Allison Horner's agency blamed the underwriter, they requested an explanation but the underwriter couldn't give them one.
