Why do I need to wait to schedule the appointment when you can't even get me in for another couple of weeks?? Why did it matter that the insurance wasn't active yet, just as long as its active by the time I come in for the appointment?? She told me I'd have to call back once it was active. So I called back today, (4 days later) only to be told BY OLGA that they weren't accepting any more Medicaid patients. This is some serious bullshit!!! If you had just scheduled me in the first place, when I called you the first time, this wouldn't be an issue!!!

WELL yesterday was my first appointment and upon my late arrival I come in to speak and interact with the most nastiest Receptionists attitudes I've witnessed when it comes to seeking prenatal care . She didn't even let me finish the first sentence to come out my mouth. Essentially, she just yells out in the whole office when it was just her, another patient and me "DR. MONTANARO IS DELIVERING A BABY!, & IVE ALREADY MARKED YOU AS A NO SHOW." I must've had to really gather all my pregnant angered, Wild emotions REAL QUICK because she almost got popped in the mouth. She has no patients when it comes to colored people. She preceded with being so disrespectful to ask me "WELL I CAN PUT YOU IN FOR NEXT THURSDAY, DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT." I was real astonished so I started to treat her just as she was treating me. I told her "well why didn't you call me before 2pm to advice me that Dr. Montanaro was going into delivery because I just wasted 45 minutes of my time driving here when I don't have a google maps functioning on my phone." She has the audacity to reply me with another screamed reply saying, "OHHHH YOU WASTED YOURRR TIME, WASTED, WASTED HUH." She even started looking at the patient behind me for a reaction. The patient started laughing alongside her and she even looked towards the hallway to get more reaction from whoever was there to make her feel better as an evil woman she is. She says I have an appointment next Thursday and I HOPE SHE HAS THE SAME ATTITUDE AS YESTERDAY JUST TO PUT HER IN HER PLACE BECAUSE SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! #BLM WE ARE TIRED OF BEING TREATED MISFAIRLY. Dr. Montanaro I know is a wonderful doctor and I bet he helped give birth to a beautiful baby but he needs to see that while he's not in his office he's got a receptionist who thinks she owns the whole business plaza and that to me ain't sliding. When I cancelled my next appt due to a sprained foot, it took more than a day after I faxed a records request and calling several times to have my records transferred to some place that could actually take care of me *in office*. There is no reason a records request should take more than a day, and it put me outside the window of needing the shot, creating further complications for me to get it. Procedure done late February 2024, follow up in Indiana March 2024 with a good podiatrist who said nail will not grow back if medicine leaked into the back bed of the nail, and I went to Dr. Casteel April 11, 2024 I went back to show her how botched the nail was and wanted to find out if my nail was going to grow or not. The doctor patronized me and asked me with negative nonverbal facial, neck and body expressions; "Why did you come here today?" I replied, "I want to find out if my toenail is going to grow back or not?" I did not get an answer because she kept arguing with me that she did not touch the back section of my toenail. But then I asked her, "Then, why when you were doing the procedure in February, and I kept telling you it hurt, you said that you weren't even touching it. The fact was, That the doctor pulled the skin that attaches the nail from the side (which should have been done) AND the skin that attached the nail bed to the back of the toenail bed under the skin (SHOULD NOT have been done---and thats what I said hurt when doc was doing the procedure.)
