After Isaac arrived to inspect our chimney inside our fireplace, in the attic and on top of our roof, he determined everything looked securely connected with no issues. I came out after we heard the vacuuming had stopped. Within ten steps of walking across my kitchen floor I started to slip. EVERYTHING was covered with black soot. I asked the tech to call his boss and that I wanted to talk to him personally. The tech then went outside and talked to hiss boss for about 10 minutes. Then the boss finally called my cell and asked what was going on I told him the situation and he told me I was looking for a FREE clean job. His office is less than five mls from my residence and he wouldn't even come to see the mess. They are horrible and I'll keep all posted!!
