I ignored the call, simply because who is going to trust any business communicating this poorly. Better to find out before they start, frankly. They called again, a week later. Supposed they were not going to stop, now. I returned the call to explain that I was just going to tar patch the danged thing, since it was too late to not get fined. His VM told me to call him directly, but he didn't really know who I was or what I was talking about. Wished him good luck and goodbye. He called back several times, finally leaving a VM w/ a lot of defensive and passive aggressive BS. What's the point of that? Truly? It only stroked your own ego, buddy. You didn't make me cry. He advised me to get a structural engineer out there, which came out in two days he offered to credit the price of the structural engineer against whatever I would spend with him if I chose him, which I thought was cool I felt like he really educated me about what was happening with my foundation and although it always sucks to have to get your foundation repaired, it was probably the easiest possible experience I could've imagined. It only took them a couple days to come out. They were there promptly at 7:45 AM. They put five lines into the bedrock around the corner of my house. They were done before noon. It looked like they never came. Which is probably the biggest compliment I could give them Additionally, the exterior corner of the house was raised an inch and a half which was great and I saw interior cracks close up a bit. Bedrock told us the original work was not done correctly but insisted the fix required new work on the opposite side of the house--for an additional $8,500. After months of back and forth and speaking with the owner, they refused to take responsibility or honor their warranty. We got four independent foundation companies to inspect the home (without mentioning Bedrock), and all confirmed the problem was on the original side Bedrock repaired. We paid another company $10,000 to fix it correctly and now face additional damage costs. We feel completely let down by a company that advertises reliability and warranty-backed work.
