Christopher was very friendly, professional, and flexible. He was very up front about which properties we were going to see and what the fees would be. His broker fee is much more reasonable than other brokers. He was also helpful in negotiating with our condo building. He spent over 10 hours taking us to various condos in the city. At the end of the day, he didn't pressure us at all to sign with building. Ultimately, with his help, we got a great apartment at a great price. I would definitely recommend his services. FWIW -- We also tried working with other brokers but they were generally "slimey" and very secretive about what properties they were going to show us and started applying a lot of pressure. It was a total waste of time. Next time, we would just go with Christopher!

Christopher's dedication/hard work ethic is best illustrated when an outside cleaning team we selected, left a lot of papers/things inside a lot of drawers a couple hours before the interested buyers were inspecting the space. Without mentioning the problem that arose, Christopher spent the next 2 - 3 hours cleaning out the papers/things that our cleaners missed.
