Purchased a home from their listing in San Ramon. The escrow closed a weeks ago they only provided us the key from the lock box to the main door entrance. The Garage remote is missing , the mailbox key is missing, the pool key is missing. When our agent reached out to them about the missing item they never responded to us back. This shows how irresponsible and unprofessional this real estate company and their agents are.
