They told me that they will escalate the issue. Because apparently the cards were never activated from the store. And to go back to the store to check on them. Unfortunately it's already the end of March 2023 and I don't have the receipt from the store anymore. I went back to the store. Asked for a manager. A lady witch was the manager at the time told me that without a receipt they couldn't do anything about it. And even if I did the system will not reflect any info from last year. She had a bad attitude about it. And basically told me to call Nike corporate. Witch I did and they told me they were going to help me. And that the issue was going to be escalated. With Nike corporate told me that that will be the case. And to wait for a response I'm 3 to 5 days. I never got a response. Contacted them again about the issue. Told them what happen at the store. They keep me online for about 30 min and came back and told me if you don't have the receipts anymore we can't do anything about it. Will definitely report this to the BBB and tell them that they bluntly stole $40 from me Oh by the way. Because of the inconvenience they gave me a 20% discount code for a future purchase. Smfh

I went looking for an outfit/shoes for my birthday, I was greeted. And that was about the most customer service I received. It was horrible! I asked to try on some shoes and she plopped them down and walked off. It was about three women there that were way too interested in speaking and conversing with their Spanish speaking friends than about servicing customers. I felt like asking for help, I was taking away time from them talking and joking with their friends. I used to love to come in and be greeted and serviced (get fashion advice) from the old staff and now it's turned into almost every other hipster place in El Paso; unless you speak Spanish, you won't get the same service. I walked out once after being ignored for so long (went to get my husband) and then walked backed in to purchase some shoes (the only people that seemed to be getting help were their friends.) and left.

I order online a bit, so some items I wear in wows them. Man the location was really cool but, this one guy that worked in there was being weird. I was with my girlfriend and he kept like walking by but, not having anything to say. As the star employee helped me and showed me things the other employee kinda just kept circling. After awhile he became my focus. I was gonna get something there but, over a few mins I forgot. This dude had tattoos and just like seemed to be like low key trying to look at my ladies body. It then like stepped away and then asked my girl to come over to me, I just left. The guy that was helping was really cool the set up was chill and he'll it was Zumiez. Just that guy man idk messed up my thought of the customer service. Hey it's even a location to remember because how often does Zumiez have an outlet location.
