I tried a new snack at Frontera Coffee Co. It was fun to try something new even though I have visited the outlet mall many times. I felt so adventurous! Frontera is definitely eclectic. You can order coffee, tea, pastries, and items like elote or in my case loaded Doritos. The loaded Doritos were a medley of flavors: peanuts, queso, cucumber, jicama and more all in one bag! They told me that they will escalate the issue. Because apparently the cards were never activated from the store. And to go back to the store to check on them. Unfortunately it's already the end of March 2023 and I don't have the receipt from the store anymore. I went back to the store. Asked for a manager. A lady witch was the manager at the time told me that without a receipt they couldn't do anything about it. And even if I did the system will not reflect any info from last year. She had a bad attitude about it. And basically told me to call Nike corporate. Witch I did and they told me they were going to help me. And that the issue was going to be escalated. With Nike corporate told me that that will be the case. And to wait for a response I'm 3 to 5 days. I never got a response. Contacted them again about the issue. Told them what happen at the store. They keep me online for about 30 min and came back and told me if you don't have the receipts anymore we can't do anything about it. Will definitely report this to the BBB and tell them that they bluntly stole $40 from me Oh by the way. Because of the inconvenience they gave me a 20% discount code for a future purchase. Smfh

Situated smack dab in the center of El Paso off of I10, it has still held its ground in the dystopian closures of malls and when the grand structures of what once held down America are becoming few and in-between. This mall is still running strong and I have to say that free parking at this mall is such a blessing. It's a tad surreal how you get used to paying for parking to shop in other cities, so it's refreshing lol. Yes some stores might not be ideal and someone is bound to offer you a "free sample" in a kiosk, but it's a fun place to experience time to time.

I stated that the method of payment used in the purchase was cash and showed that it was clearly stated on the receipt. The employee stated that the Company policy did not allow for cash returns. This is an absolute lie. I ended up having to use a debit card in order to issue a return. Now, I have to wait 5 business days in order to see the money in my account. You've been warned. Employees here are inexperienced and not trained correctly.
