Where do I even begin... I've known Steve since High School and we became even better friends in College. I watched him grow in his career throughout the years and when it came time for me to purchase my home I thought I'd give him a shot as being my agent due to the past history we've had together. Just happened to mention to my friend Avo that I was going to sell my house on my own and before I finished talking he jumped in and said his nephew is a real estate broker and that I should give him a call. I said no thanks. I was determined to do it on my own. Avo would not give up and kept after me until I said "ok have him give me a call" No sooner than I got home the phone rang and sure enough it was Steve Nakachian. He sounded real nice and genuine. I agreed to meet him the same day. He came over on time and was very pleasant and helpful in explaining why I needed his services. After much deliberation I agreed to sign a listing contract for 30 days. I told him if he could not sell my house in 30 days then he would not be able to sell it in ninety (which is not true because it could take much longer depending on the market and your house). Anyway he agreed. The house was sold in 3 weeks and closed escrow in 25 days. Wow! talk about performance. During the fist week Steve worked on getting the house ready for a quick sale.
