Steve was the listing agent for a home in Northridge that I sold. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. I found Steve on Yelp. He had great reviews all over, so I hired him to come out and take a look at a property I was planning to sell. Wow. Steve is very respectful, easy to work with & communicate, and is very detailed & thorough with his work. He also knows a lot about the San Fernando Valley, particularly since he was raised in the area. Of all the real estate agents I met with, Steve left the best impression. Trustworthy, honest, hardworking and very flexible. Emphasis on HONEST I called Steve on extremely short notice and asked to meet within 20 hours. He sent a detailed package, priority mail overnight for me to review so we were on the same page for the meeting.
