Everyday donut shop ambiance. Very nice lady gives good service. The donuts get the 5 stars. Fire!!!!!! Chocolate twists and loaded with chocolate and so soft and fresh. Ham and cheese croissant was so yummy also. Definitely a hitter.

Such a great mom & pop shop. My kids love the speciality donuts. The owners are always so kind and personable. The iced coffee is excellent! And the shop is always clean. The owner was super sweet, and the donuts were yummy. I came around 1 and she apologized for the limited amount left to choose from but i left with a tiger tail and 2 other donuts. They still tasted fresh and they were delicious! Will definitely be back. read more

5/5. I believe I came here on Thursday. Super last minute like 5 minutes before closing time and they had a good amount of variety left. I ordered an apple fritter, cinnamon roll, Oreo donut, and a maple bacon. Customer service was amazing. The donuts were stellar even though they were 5 minutes before closing. I would give both the Apple fritter and cinnamon roll 5/5. Oreo didn't really have much of a crunch to it but 3.5/5. Not bad. I just can't get on board with bacon on donuts, just my opinion. I wanted to give the maple bacon bar a second chance, I would give that a 3.5/5 but if you're a fan it's 4/5. Overall 5/5. read more

Excellent donuts! How are these donuts different from other donut shops? They are bigger, fluffier, tastier, and they have unique flavors or combinations that other typical shops don't carry. Steve's are the Best donuts in So. California, bar none. Speciality donuts galore but they have the basics too. Coffee was fresh. Great prices and nice atmosphere. Lots of room to enjoy your coffee and donut while taking a break or catching up on your social media. Premises are kept clean. Pride of ownership really shines. This is my go to donut shop, from plain cake to fluffy glazed, or specialty fancied up donuts to jalapeño, cheese and ham filled croissants. All good. The coffee is great also. Everything is fresh. The place is always clean. They always have a kind greeting and smile for you. Oh and the donut holes are the perfect snack. Just found the best donut shop that I have ever been in. When you walk in, the man behind the counter greets you with a smile and a welcome, makes you feel like you picked the right place to come in. Then when you look at the display case it's amazing. I have never seen so many different and decorated Donuts anywhere ever. I tried the blueberry cinnamon roll, yummmmy! Never had any donut like this before. I kept staring at the case because there's so many different Donuts that just jump out at you, so before I left I also chose a fresh strawberry cream cheese filled donut and an almond cream cheese filled donut only because they looked amazing. This place is like having a Rodeo Drive donut shop right here in Riverside! It's on Arlington Avenue across from the old Kmart on Van Buren. Don't drive by it, you'll be missing a jewel! read more

It's a LIE!! I'm sorry but I do not know how this place has a 5 star rating....??!!! The donuts here LOOK good but they really do not taste good!!! So disappointed and confused as I read a couple of these reviews that said they have a donut with fresh strawberries in it or on it, either way, when I went there, there was only a "strawberry filling" option. I still got it and it was way too sweet and it had a weird taste to it. I wanted so badly to find a good donut shop closer to where I live but definitely NOT here. read more

The place is over hyped or I went on an off day? The donuts are fine, nothing special, actually they are too sweet if you ask me. The cereal on top was stale on all the ones I got. This is my favorite donut store in all of Riverside. They have the freshest donuts I've ever tasted. And the owner and her employees are always so nice and give great customer service. I checked the receipt and sure enough...my name and the donuts I ordered were on there. There was a huge glazed instead of a regular sized glazed so I broke it in half to eat it. It tasted like old grease. Nasty. If they didn't have the donuts I ordered they should have cancelled my order. No idea why they would send completely different donuts. Based on the few bites I took of one donut I would not eat there again.

There's also an adjacent dining area, which I utilized on the first visit. I bought a croissant sandwich and really enjoyed it. Good price and good ingredients. I like how they also include a glazed donut hole or two with every order. The recent second visit had me trying a couple donuts. One of my favorite types is glazed blueberry cake. Excellent here BTW. The strawberry puff also appealed visually, and was pretty tasty, especially the fresh strawberries. On both visits the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Perhaps I'll try the coffee, next? And definitely another sandwich.

When I first did my review this donut shop was called Linda's Donuts. Since that review the Donut Shop's name has been changed to Steve's Donuts. I wanted to make sure everyone knew that this was the same place with the same great donuts and other great treats.
