Afterward, I went home, rested, and still had no pain just soreness. The next day was just mild soreness, easily managed with Tylenol. She lacks empathy, and is willing to lose two customers over a $50 deposit. I wanted to reschedule, but in that moment, on the side of the road, wasn't the time for me to reschedule. Instead of putting her long standing customers first and their safety, she took time to explain to me that an hour was blocked and she was going to lose business. But then she also told me she was going to call others who weren't able to get in. None of this was necessary information. A simple "be safe and please call when you're ready to reschedule" would have gone a long way. TLDR: WENDY IS WILLING TO LOSE LONG TIME CUSTOMERS OVER A $50 DEPOSIT WHEN A LEGITIMATE EMERGENCY COMES UP Leo also likes to attack his clients and call them names. Big "owner" energy.
