Yesterday I spent 2 1/2 hours at their facility in Phoenix…read moreon Bell Avenue. Everyone entering this professionally run office suites was required to wear a mask! Paperwork was provided that asked questions why the person was visiting. Did they have any systems of Covid-19. When you were called in the back ,your temperature was taken and you were asked to wash your hands . I was ushered into an Examination room and an Assistant did a pre exam. Ten minutes later Dr. Gross cam in and introduced himself. He asked why I was there and proceeded To examine my eyes. My reason was to gain a second opinion on wether I needed Cataract Surgery or not. He was very thorough. His opinion Was A RESOUNDING NO for Surgery... I have been functioning with one Eye since 1947/1948. 5 minutes after the exam was over another gentleman introduced himself and did a thorough Eye exam. I am more then 100% pleased. This is a Class operation from the front desk to the Ophthalmologist to the assistants My rating on a scale of 1-10 is a SOLID 15!!! Impressed and indebted to Dr. Gross and his Team Jeffrey Middleman

I have an eye injury back in 2021, the insurance carrier sent me to see Dr. Gross for an IME, Dr…read more Gross told me he was not there to give me medical advice. At the end of the IME he gave me medical advice suggested I need an injection in the eye. Dr. Gross staff could not get equipment to function, and they may not have been trained. During the hearing, Dr. Gross suggested I never had an eye injury. My injury had progressed. I had two other doctors. Tell me if they believe it was related. He's telling the judge paperwork than that State I had an eye injury from the treating doctor. When the doctor had it all over paperwork stating I had an eye injury.. Chief Complaint: patient had eye injury at work 11/23/21 with a hook! And a list goes on. be aware of these doctors. I'm considering filing a suit against cornea consultants of Arizona due to their doctors, misleading, and that being truthful. I told the doctor I had pictures of the eye injury. He told me those were good to have. He never examined them. When I asked him during the hearing he said he looked at pictures that he did not have. I asked him if he read the email I sent to the insurance carrier right after the injury stating my eye was discolored and I had severe pain. He did not have that information go figure. Just be aware of the doctors you are seeing because if you do have an injury, they want you to pay for it in your insurance to pay for it since they do business with the insurance companies.
