Additionally, when you request they fix the complimentary washer and dryer, and they refuse because those appliances are complimentary, they will still demand those appliances stay at the property when you move out, even if you paid out of pocket to get them fixed. I also asked Dan how many houses he had sold in the past year and I asked other realtors in town as well before choosing Dan. Dan had all the other realtors beat by far. We finally decided on a house, made offers, and in my experience ran into a snag when the appraiser who appraised my house under-appraised my house lower than the negotiated selling price.
