The harassers litter the street with their numerous,, unlicensed, unregistered beater vehicles, illegally parked, lending salvage yard, raucous, eye polluting, ear deafening, night and day disturbances. Investors Property, the City of Fernley. and Lyon County sheriff's refuse to enforce their nuisance laden activities, code and NRS statutes violations that the tenants continually defy. The harassing neighbors have slandered themselves because I reported them to code compliance, by falsely reporting I was harassing them, when they were harassing me, a female senior merely recording pictures and videos legally from my property of their chaotic illegal nuisances. Their was no proof of their defaming false allegations, and I had numerous proof of their harassment so the order was quickly dissolved with a warning to them to behave. The illegal parking and code violations continued. They have an outdoor code violating huge light that floods the block with glaring, blinding light that shines through my blinds across the street, lit through the evening and night often into wee morning hours, and ruin any view of any starry, moonlit natural ambience. They leave engines running and revving for half hours at a time, including motorcycles they repair for wall reverberating, deafening periods of time. Clanking metal, pneumatic drills dismantling the junk cars are regular noisy occurances further disturbing my peace, day and night, & weekends all day abd night. This has been 7 months of disturbance since they moved in of ignored violations, after several attempts to alert Investor's Properties of their clients unruly, polluting, disrespectful, likely commercial enterprise. Their driveway and garage is littered with car parts and vehicles that block the sidewalk, often parked spilling several feet into the street, making it difficult to back out of my drivveway. This company is irresponsible and negligent.Their permissive lack of overseeing order and legal compliance would give me pause before doing business with a more reputable, responsible property management company than Investor's Property.

I was threatened 5 times over the course of 60 hours that if I didn't they would go with another applicant. Then as soon as I viewed the property they sent me a link to sign a rental agreement lease. I explained that I just got off a 16 hour graveyard shift, then went to view the property, and drove back to Reno from Fernley. I'd fallen asleep and had to tend to personal errands and if I could have 24 hours to review the contract (this was at 4p). At 9pm the same evening I received correspondence rescinding the offer to rent this was on 06.17.2021. I was told my deposit would be refunded and given a confirmation code on said refund. I have gone back and forth with them more times than should ever be needed to be told that it's on my credit card company to process the refund. I still haven't received it as of 19:00 (7p) 06.26.2021. Whenever, I try calling the office or cell number provided I go directly to voicemail. Every time I've made effort to go to the office there has been an excuse on why they cannot meet there to discourage my driving from Reno to the Fernley location as I am certain it would be futile based on the responses I've received. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately felt like we were being taken advantage of. We were charged $250 for a pipe repair without ever being contacted, consulted, or quoted for the work. When we tried to schedule a meeting to discuss the charge, they refused to meet, ignored our calls, and eventually threatened us with eviction unless we paid. We were forced to pay for something we had no opportunity to approve or dispute. When we moved out, we gave more than 30 days' notice, professionally cleaned the carpets and the home, and even touched up the walls. Despite this, they withheld $2,100 of our security deposit. Their breakdown included: * $300 for drywall repair (not previously mentioned or shown to us) * $1,100 for painting the entire house (even though we left it in great condition) * A charge to replace a lightbulb they falsely claimed was out * $260 for cleaning (even though we had the home professionally cleaned) Throughout the process, this company was unresponsive, evasive, and became aggressive when we questioned the charges. It was clear they had no intention of communicating fairly or ethically. They do not treat tenants with respect and seem to rely on intimidation and avoidance to force compliance. She always asked for my name and number, leading me to believe that she probably never even wrote it down in the first place; and, when I was finally able to view the apartment, she "lost my number" to tell me that the apartment was already sold and that she could show me another one in the same area. Then she basically pushed it off until the apartment wasn't available anymore. Do not believe everything written about her in her bio on the company website, by my personal experience she is a flake.
