The delinquent neighborhood mechanics across the street from me are unmanaged, unhinged, code…read moreviolating, junk car hoarders that are renters whose landlord's are clients of the negligent Investor's Property managers. Shannon and Star are rudely defensive & refuse to prevent them from ruining my curbside appeal and peaceful, quiet right to peaceful residential enjoyment of my home. The harassers litter the street with their numerous,, unlicensed, unregistered beater vehicles, illegally parked, lending salvage yard, raucous, eye polluting, ear deafening, night and day disturbances. Investors Property, the City of Fernley. and Lyon County sheriff's refuse to enforce their nuisance laden activities, code and NRS statutes violations that the tenants continually defy. The harassing neighbors have slandered themselves because I reported them to code compliance, by falsely reporting I was harassing them, when they were harassing me, a female senior merely recording pictures and videos legally from my property of their chaotic illegal nuisances. Their was no proof of their defaming false allegations, and I had numerous proof of their harassment so the order was quickly dissolved with a warning to them to behave. The illegal parking and code violations continued. They have an outdoor code violating huge light that floods the block with glaring, blinding light that shines through my blinds across the street, lit through the evening and night often into wee morning hours, and ruin any view of any starry, moonlit natural ambience. They leave engines running and revving for half hours at a time, including motorcycles they repair for wall reverberating, deafening periods of time. Clanking metal, pneumatic drills dismantling the junk cars are regular noisy occurances further disturbing my peace, day and night, & weekends all day abd night. This has been 7 months of disturbance since they moved in of ignored violations, after several attempts to alert Investor's Properties of their clients unruly, polluting, disrespectful, likely commercial enterprise. Their driveway and garage is littered with car parts and vehicles that block the sidewalk, often parked spilling several feet into the street, making it difficult to back out of my drivveway. This company is irresponsible and negligent.Their permissive lack of overseeing order and legal compliance would give me pause before doing business with a more reputable, responsible property management company than Investor's Property.
