This past summer she failed to show up for an appointment for xrays and examination without notifying me so that I could arrange a timely alternative appointment. Today she aggressively insisted I consent to them, even though I did not have any dental issues beyond a simple cleaning. Several years ago she charged my dental plan for services never rendered for which the insurance company subsequently denied coverage and clawed back the full amount erroneously charged.
