I approached the front desk and asked what time my appointment was because I had been waiting for 30 mins. When I was told my appt time was 30 mins over due I was told there were still two patients ahead of me. I sat down and waited another 15 mins, I then went and told the desk clerk to annotate my chart as not seen due to doctor availability. They didn't even offer to reschedule my appt. In fact they didn't even care that I would be seen. I am now without a prescription, PT referral and still in pain. Don't think I'll be returning.

Also, the Restrooms are clean. I believe, I saw Christian Decor and they have a toilet paper dispenser that dispenses just enough toilet paper to wipe. Sydney my Occupational Therapist was professional, enthusiastic and personable. She seemed to really like her job and care about me. She was patient with all my questions. The other staff members are nice and supportive too. I was able to participate in neat little activities that help support my grip with my hand. The other patients were friendly too. I gained my strength back in my hand. Iam able to make a fist now. Overall, I made progress and the Therapy was a success. My grip strength is stronger than my left hand!

It took Mr. Kimball less than an hour to create my cast and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend FWPT and Mr. Kimball for all of your hand needs.

I could write another couple paraghraphs about their imaging/radiology department (I'm talking about YOU Mark.) Imagine driving 160 miles to discover they have only read your medical orders and history 30 minutes AFTER you've arrived for you appointment only to be told "we're not prepared for your case." A call to Mark in radiology only got an annoyed response that I bothered him at all. Had Mark worked for me he'd be given ONE chance at customer relations retraining, just as a courtesy, and ONLY one.

Dr. Pendleton is incredibly compassionate, and courteous as well. He has never had an issue prescribing an appropriate level of pain medicine to meet the reasonably expected amount of pain. If beyond that...consider maybe there's still something going on inside that needs correction?? Not trying to WebER or anything, just saying for someone who spent over 10 years in pain management. It's a viscous cycle! doesn't matter to me anymore, but unfortunately for those that can't get out...are being punished for monsters that those same doctors helped create. Surgical Dr's hands are pretty much tied because of what pain management Dr's have created. Anyway, sorry for the rant! Short story long, I cannot recommend Dr. Pendleton's office highly enough!
