The removed stainless steel exhaust was fine after 16 years, verified my the Mechanic, except for the rotted out missing gasket and rusted flange. Then, but only after the repair, they told me my car had excessive rust. 3. James finally agreed to a price adjustment after a shouting exchange. The next day I found on the paperwork a last minute $50 line item - making most of the price adjustment for nothing. The actual mechanic is good. It's the Service Mgr James and unfortunately the Service Associates that can't really do anything without James. It used to be that Honda made great and affordable cars. Everyone wanted them. The last 2-3 years their cars suck and sales are low. They must be trying to make it up by increasing bogus fees in the Serice Dept. Stay away.

Wally's is relatively new to the Washington county area, I believe they have another location in…read morethe Oshkosh area but as a big fan of the "Pick and Pull" style of Auto Part Yards, I was excited to see Wally's open. One thing that I enjoy about the yard is that compared to others in the vicinity, they offer newer model vehicles to get parts from. I can normally find the parts that I need and the vehicles are pretty organized as far as make and foreign vs domestic, etc. My only displeasure with Wally's as a whole is their prices are pretty high and they really don't have any wiggle room when it comes to negotiating prices like some other yards. I know that on some parts they have to ask a certain price to make a profit but I feel like their prices could be a little better. Overall their customer service is good and the selection is good so I will continue to frequent this yard when I need auto parts for later model vehicles.

I call and they tell me they will call the next day to schedule a appointment. the entire next day passes and they do not call, so i call them. They schedule it for the following day. So we finally get to take it in to be repaired. But now its been 5 days and they are claiming warranty information is still pending. WE JUST BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE youd think we could drive it by now! its completely unacceptable. the cherry on top is that im expected to also pay a deductible on the warranty even though I basically only drove it off the lot before the engine light turned on.
