I have had one of the worse experiences in my life with a dealership. Had purchased a certified car which was NOT available at the time when I decided to buy this car. Another dealer had it. The car gave me a small insignificant warning which was under the warranty originally and the the customer representative Mr Peterson ignored my to the point to suggest I ought to go back to the original dealer I had purchased the car, ignoring completely the warranty of the car. To the point when I took the car to get this had this part replaced, I was told I had a "deductible" and was charged for the repair! When I inquired what was the charge, the explanation I get was that this car was not purchased at that dealer and I should expect to continue to pay those deductibles! I also felt almost neglected and perhaps abused, I truly believe and continue to believe this was not discriminated .... I had own high performance Audi, love the ideology and philosophy of the company when the cars are built by Mr A. Horsch; his founder had vision which had been perpetuated by some employer This dealer does not represent this philosophy! Sorry this is it Unfortunately I had another bad experience with them. I thought it was just one employee last year who gave me a hard time and came again with The hope to would be different. I have a certified Audi and it was time to get service; this car had one more left service which was included with the original purchase of p those actions. Are you still owe two Audi's which needs service in the future but I won't take my cars to them and certainly I will not purchase cars from this dealership in the near future. I ordered a new audi in early January. The sales manager failed to provide a detailed accounting of cost until I demanded it. The cost was initially offered scribbled on a lined sheet. My car he told me was unwanted. The BMW X3, with less than 50k miles was dealership maintained. No explanation was offered, a insulting low trade in value was offered with the emphasis that no trade in was wanted. We reached agreement on price. Not a particularly good deal, but after having a worse experience at Milwaukee Audi I was tired of looking. The salesman promised to keep me updated. I notified him of a change in email address about two weeks after making the order. I sent several emails but never got a response. When I saw a dealer advertisement that was the same model and color of the car I ordered I called the salesman, got no response, called the sales manager got no response, called the General manager and after several hours the sales manager returned my call. He said the listing was added automatically by Audi. The car was on a truck for delivery soon, he said. The salesman called later and said the car would be delivered in a month or so. The car actually was available after about ten days. After siging the required documents the salesman introduced me to the car. He showed me around the outside. He then gave a run through of the cars features, sort of. In fairness i could not absorb all the information. The salesman could not answer a couple of my questions. After i got home I noticed the car did not have splash guards installed, something the dealer was supposed to do. I made an appointment for the installation. The dealership is about an hour away so it would have been better if the car had been ready for delivery when i picked it up. The rear deck protector was not trimmed as it should have been. The clear plastic dash screen protectors were not removed either. I love the car, it is everything Audi promised. At my last meeting with the salesman he pleaded with me to rate my purchase experience as a '5' or not rate the experience at all as it would affect his bonus. I have yielded to him and not responded to the Audi satisfaction survey. If I did the best I could do is a '3.' I regret that Milwaukee and North Shore Audi sales departments fail in offering a satisfactory purchase experience. Here's hoping maintenance department does better. read more

I guess I don't have much experience rating a non-restaurant. But, here goes. I approached this facility mid last year on my bicycle, as this dealership is right next to the interurban trail head in Brown Deer. After the salesman determined that I was indeed looking to buy a new car, I was treated very well. I suppose, looking back, who goes to an Audi dealership on a bicycle? :) Anyway, this place is a fantastic dealership. They treat you very well during your purchasing negotiations. The whole process of buying a car wasn't very stressful. I would have given 5 stars, but some roof rails I ordered with the car came in, but nobody notified me that they were ready for pickup. I had to call back many, many weeks later. Minor misstep, but I truly don't see how this detail can be overlooked so easily. The lobby is a very wide open space with a handful of models for your viewing pleasure. If you'd like, swing around to the special R8 holding area near the service department waiting area. The service department is a joy to go to. Either a shuttle or a free rental will get you back to where you need to go if you're not waiting in the waiting area working on your laptop hooked up the the free wi-fi and beverages. When arriving, you pull your car into a garage space, so you don't have to get out in the weather. Someone will immediately greet you, and get you on your way pretty quickly. Your car will be serviced, likely washed, and returned to you promptly. They do try to treat you like family once you've bought a car. I get some occasional emails and even got a phone call from the salesman that sold me my car when it was my birthday. The lot generally contains only Audi vehicles, although there were some other nice luxury used vehicles on site. Although not a huge selection of vehicles on site, if you know what you want, you can easily get it through Audi North Shore. Test drives were plentiful and available, even for a younger bloke like me. Eh, I do wonder if I could have test driven the S5, S6, S7, S8, or R8... I guess I'll have to go back soon. :) I would definitely consider buying another car here. read more

He will make sure you get everything you need in a vehicle and he absolutely will not up sell you with features you dont need. Andy will get you checked out. I stopped by Audi North Shore last Thursday at 7:10pm and was looking at cars on the lot. There were two Audi S6's that I was interested in but after 20 minutes of standing outside while a showroom with several salespeople could not be bothered to approach me. Finally, at 7:35 I came to the door and met Paul, he was friendly but seemed totally disinterested in selling me a car and stated that we could go for a test drive but they close at 8pm and I would have to come back the next day to discuss. I emailed him that night saying that I would come in at 11am the following day. While I was there, he again was friendly, but I had to sit and wait while he made calls and dealt with an issue for another customer. We were working on a deal but they came back with an insulting $7,500 offer on my trade and after discussion, came up to $9,200 but made it a point to state to me that the offer was $700 more than they were getting from their wholesaler (this was a 2013 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid Reserve with 84k on the clock). Heiser Cadillac offered me $10,150 and I showed him their offer. Luckily for me, the power went out at the dealership and I had time to tinker on my phone because they also wanted close to $8,000 for a 4 Year / 48,000 mile warranty. I began thinking about just buying another Ford product. As I went on Heiser Automotive Group's website, I found a 2015 Ford Taurus SHO, fully loaded, one owner, garaged and never driven in the winter, 25,008 on the clock. The price was $23,500 and the offered me $10,950 for my Lincoln. Now I know what you're thinking, I paid sticker so there was more room for the trade, EXCEPT Heiser threw in all weather floor mats, window tint, and ceramic paint protection with the deal, oh and they filled the tank. I also paid $2,100 for a 5 year / 60,000 mile ESP. I know Audi's cost more to warranty, but give me a break, $8k is insane. In the end, I am glad I bought the SHO and it had everything I was looking for (power, comfort, twin-turbo, AWD, blind spot monitoring, Sony premium audio, 20" wheels, etc) and the whole process was fantastic. Sorry it would appear that Audi North Shore prejudged me the moment I came to the door but I have the money and credit to make a deal and wasn't trading in a beater. I will stay away from all IA dealerships, especially after my close friend's service experience at International Hyundai. read more

Went in looking to upgrade my Q5... instead got a lecture on how I should just pay off the one I have and that I couldn't afford what I was asking to see... wouldn't even take me to a car to look at one. No one discussed finances, or what I could afford. Ended up upgrading to a Porsche instead where they were happy to help, eager to make a deal and didn't lecture me. I had my car serviced at this fine dealership on 4/16/2020. Nothing too much, just the 20K mile service. In the end a $545.93 oil change, check some hoses, oil the hinges on the doors and blow out a few filters. They actually picked up the car and delivered back to me at work. that worked well. I reviewed the bill to find a line on page 2 that reads - Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order. There is a $30 charge associated with that line. Now the bill was exactly what they quoted me when I made the call to arrange the service but I just needed to know what exactly a Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order is and why it is $30. I called and spoke with Joe in service. He explained that the charge is on every job. It is a percentage of the bill but it does max out at $30. I was told it was for disposals and consumable items. Things like shop rags or other items that get used for the repair. I asked if it was for hand tools. It isn't. I asked if it was for the disposal of the oil. It isn't. The only thing Joe really had for me was the shop rags. I told him what I thought of their Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order and hung up. To their credit I received a call from Ryan who I think is my Service Advisor. He said he heard I had a problem with the bill. I told him what my problem was and he told me that it was the price he quoted and they performed the service that he recommended and I approved. Those are both true statements but he had nothing with respect to this charge. When they quoted the job he just gave me the total. They didn't break it down for you and tell you that there was going to be a $30 Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order on your bill. He asked if I wanted a credit for the $30. I don't. He asked if I wanted $60 off my next bill. I don't and won't bring the car to them for any other repair or service again. They can't defend the charge and they don't even have a good story as to what the charge is for. Someone had this great idea that they could just get away with this ridiculous notion. Everyone knows you pay too much when you go to the dealer. I guess they figure they can just get more. In the end I told them I don't want anything. I just want to be mad and let everyone that goes in there to know you are getting hosed. What's next a viewing charge in the showroom? read more

After finding out that I was missing my extra ignition fob, the GM, as well as the salesman Mark, could not have been more helpful in resolving my problem. Communication was good, service and parts were great, and I now have a brand new ignition fob. I had left a negative review, which I believe I reacted too quickly. I don't generally write reviews but the service here was so bad and gouging that I thought I needed to clue people in about this organization. I have a 2010 cabriolet and it takes 4 quarts of oil. They charge $139 for this service. In addition, they charged $200 for a wheel balancing - and then they say they charge 10% of the invoice amount for "shop fee's" that they don't tell you about. Interesting. In addition, I asked him to replace a small plastic piece under the hood - I saw it on my invoice so I thought is was replaced. I opened the hood when I got home, there was insulation hanging out from the engine cover that was removed to suck the oil out, and oil all over this cover. Guess what - the plastic part was not replaced either. When I called to complain he said, "well I put it on there so you could see how much it costs" Guess what - they don't even wash your car when done - Ernie V. is turning over in his grave. He knew what a customer service dealership is all about - "pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered" as they say. Hello, My name is Audrey Russell I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have a very serious problem my grandson and I dropped off my Audi Q7 2007 truck to your dealer ship on April 27th 2015. I took the truck to the north shore Audi dealer ship in brown deer Wisconsin to have them look at the check engine light. I advised Greg who took the information about my car that I had another shop that specializes in Audi cars and the mechanics there stated that there was a problem with the timing chain. To be on the safe side I advised Greg to please look at the timing chain so I can get the check engine fixed. He said ok and will do the diagnosis on the truck. A day later Greg stated when they did the diagnosis that it was not a timing chain issue at all it had something to do with the sensors and some oil leaks. I have a warranty on the truck so the warranty paid for some of the repairs and I had to come out of pocket 2,100 which that was fine. A week passed I had to call and ask what was the status on my truck. Greg then told me that we fixed everything on the truck and the check engine light is still on. He stated that the job that they had to do would cover on the warranty. I told them ok go ahead and fix that issue they stated that it would take them a couple more days and that the car would be fixed. I called Greg on May 13th 2015 and he stated that the check engine light was still on and he told me that it was the TIMING CHAIN the same issue that I told to them check in the first place I advised them that you told me that it was nothing wrong with the timing chain. I am paying out of pocket 2,100 and the dealership capped out my warranty 3,500 Then they told me that the timing chain job would be a 7,000 dollar job. They where very mean to me and did not try compensate me for anything. The customer service was so bad and we even talked to the service manager and escalated where the police was called. My grandson or I did not threating the service manager but he lied to the police and and said that The police then told the service manager that we did not have to leave because they had my truck and we need to work it out. They still have my truck and it is still not fix and they want me to pay 2,100 for something that did not fix my car. I am very pissed off and I feel that my time and money has been played with. I would like a refund for what I had to pay out of pocket since my car check engine light still is not off. This dealership is full of fraud and scam. Bought a CPO S6 from them that had previous modifications. I was assured that these modifications would not affect the warranty or the CPO status. Fast forward a year, and all other dealerships near me are telling me that the car shouldn't have been certified and that they won't perform work on it because of the mods. Then, the car gets flagged in the Audi system and the warranty gets yanked completely. This dealer had fraudulently competed the CPO checklist stating there were no modifications present. I was also told during the inspection that the airbags may not work or explode because of the modified headliner on the car. read more

You'll be charged for stuff they didn't do and they'll try to scare you into work you don't need. I took my car in for just a routine service appointment. I had a 7:30am appointment. My car is under warranty with 48,000 miles, I've done all the service. It's a 2014 Audi TTS. There was nobody there and they'd physically blocked you from being able to pull up to the service door by parking a car sideways in front of it. When I picked up my car they had a enormous list of "Deferred Service" to the tune of $3,352.75. It was unnecessary stuff like replacing windshield wipers at $54 a pop, wheel alignment, fuel injection cleaning etc" I didn't appreciate the scare tactics. My bill stated that "Found washer fluid low: filled to proper level". The indicator wasn't on when I came in. However the next day it indicated low. Then they responded that they'd added a gallon and I must have a leak. I've never had a problem. How about you didn't do what you said you did and got caught? They also make you fill their loaner up with gas - which I did. Maybe I should have said I did and they should check for a leak. They washed my car and there are scratches that weren't there before. Worst service ever. I will not be back and I will definitely purchase elsewhere. read more

I can't say that I can stand behind Audi and the dealership after all the issues I've had with my car - if I could rate a zero, I would. My 2010 A4 has been nothing but a relentless series of extensive and expensive repairs and tows - oil consumption, piston/valve replacements/cam shaft bridge replacement, oil pump replacement, the end result is "recommend engine replacement" - on a car that is less than 4 years old, and has less than 90,000 miles on it and has a MAJOR engine failure outside of recall/warranty - which indicates a defective engine, not bad luck. The car has never missed a service appointment. I have never in my life seen such apathy from a company towards a customer with a major mechanical failure outside of their control. Where's the "truth in engineering" and standing behind both the car and the customer to try to make things right? I have never posted reviews, but this experience has driven me to. read more

Drove up from Chicago and bought an Audi Certified Pre-Owned Q7. The vehicle had the exact trim, options, and colors I was looking for so I decided to make the trip. Mark Donahue provided excellent service both while I was at the dealership and over the weeks that followed. Even though I had run into traffic and arrived late, he stayed after-hours to go through all of the buttons, settings, and configurations of the Q7 (of which there are an incredible amount). Over the following two weeks, he checked in several times to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle, and made sure to send me the manual and touch-up paint that he had committed to sending me on the day of purchase. I highly recommend both Audi North Shore and dealing with Mark. My sons also enjoyed the Audi coloring books that were provided while I signed all the paperwork.
