Was here several times. 1- I was looking for a vehicle and told them my price/ what I seen elsewhere. They put me in a very nice Honda not ready for sale yet and it was nice. Sat down for numbers it was $20,000 more than elsewhere/my budget. 2-was looking to sell a vehicle and there price was lowest of the 5 dealers I went to. 3-was here looking for a suv and the salesman was double booked appointments and kept leaving. Scheduled an appointment yesterday and drove 45 minutes for them to tell me that they sold the car 3 hours ago. Then proceeded to show us a "different color" of a car we didn't even come to look at. The Service Department with James as the Service Mgr will most likely rip you off. Mine was 1. an Inspection Fee even though there is a Free Multi-Point Inspection, and 2. a recommended exhaust system repair. The removed stainless steel exhaust was fine after 16 years, verified my the Mechanic, except for the rotted out missing gasket and rusted flange. Then, but only after the repair, they told me my car had excessive rust. 3. James finally agreed to a price adjustment after a shouting exchange. The next day I found on the paperwork a last minute $50 line item - making most of the price adjustment for nothing. The actual mechanic is good. It's the Service Mgr James and unfortunately the Service Associates that can't really do anything without James. It used to be that Honda made great and affordable cars. Everyone wanted them. The last 2-3 years their cars suck and sales are low. They must be trying to make it up by increasing bogus fees in the Serice Dept. Stay away. read more

The service overall could improve greatly. My check engine light came on with the "emissions system problem" so I wanted them to diagnose the problem and I also was overdue for a tire rotation. I called to schedule an appointment and explained exactly what I said above. The employee over the phone seemed rushed and interrupted me multiple times. I had my appointment schedule for roughly a week later. When I showed up to my appointment, the employees again seemed very rushed, again interrupting me multiple times. I left each conversation with little confidence they would fulfill my needs as it did not seem they were listening. Sure enough they only scheduled the tire rotation and not the diagnostics (which I cared about more) and I had to schedule another appointment. I decided to also have a vehicle inspection completed at this second appointment. Once they completed the inspection, they told me the inner tread of my tires was "beyond bare" and I needed new tires. So they rotated my tires and checked the tread and didn't say anything? Why would they rotate my tires if I needed new ones? Scammed me out of $200. One employee mentioned they were currently understaffed, which is likely the cause of all my issues. They didn't take the time to understand what I needed as a customer, interrupted me, weren't really listening etc.. They cost me $200 because they're either incompetent or dishonest. I will not be taking my ridgeline here in the future. read more

Took my CR-V in to get a blacked out badge put on my tailgate. Wasn't that busy... which I thought was a bit odd. But it was still early in the morning. Service Advisor was professional but very unorganized/unprepared. He was the only one working in the service order write up office which I also thought was strange. He immediately got overwhelmed when two other customers showed up behind me. Long story short... from my research online it should have taken them half an hour to do the work...they even charged me for a half hour labor which was fine. I thought I'd be on my way home in a half hour, but ended up waiting for two hours with no explanation for the delay. It never got busy so that made no sense to me. Don't know if this is a sign of bad service advisors there? It's still a fairly new dealership... But that's no excuse. Considering going to Wilde or Russ Darrow Honda for future maintenance work. read more

Don't buy a car from them. They will not stand behind their sales. Bought a car from them after 2 weeks, engine light was going on. They didnt even want to do diagnostic test. They will say they are busy and send you to a different dealer so they do not have to be responsible. They will not back anything they seller. IT'S a dealer scam to pass the buck on reasonablity and slow or deny a statement of refund OR reimbursement. read more

I purchased a used Honda CR-V from salesperson Ryan at Morries in early December. As part of the purchase, Ryan said she would order a paint pen to touch-up a couple of minor stone chips. With the holidays, I waited until early January to try to contact Ryan about the pen. I sent an email and left multiple voicemails, all including my phone number. I'VE BEEN GHOSTED!! It has left a very unfavorable impression of Ryan and the dealership. If she can't provide the paint pen, fine but at least have the curtesy to call me back and tell me. Not returning a customer's calls is such poor salesmanship! read more

Long story. So the engine of my 2016 Honda Pilot threw a rod. Had it hauled to Morrie's for repair in August of 2023. I was given a loaner car - but advised I could not have dogs in it (I have two dogs to haul to daycare a few days a week) but figured I could use my wife's car for that. Was told my engine needed to be torn apart do determine if the entire engine needed replacement or if it could be repaired. Was determined it needed to be replaced as the connecting rod bearing had worn severely. We looked for a used engine and found one and it arrived at the dealership within a month; total repair was going to be just under $10k. Was told they would get to it soon. Then Honda posted a service bulletin stating connecting rod bearings were prematurely wearing and engines were failing, and in that instance Honda would make good and pay for repairs or replacement of the engine. I was told by Honda corporate my engine was NOT covered under their bulletin in spite of the fact my year, make, model, and issue was exactly what the bulletin was posted for. They "knew" which factories produced the bad engines and mine wasn't produced at that facility. That would be until I got a phone call in December of 2023, at which point my contact person from the dealership said they received news that morning that Honda wouldn't pay up front for my replacement, they would reimburse me after I paid for the repairs. Great!!! She actually started the phone call off with good news and bad news. Good news - Honda will reimburse, the bad news - Honda wouldn't pay up front. So I thought that was great!!! My contact person who advised me of the great news said her manager is the one who had contact with Honda and she was merely passing the info along. Now we're about 5 months out from my car arriving at their facility. However, I was advised they were far behind because they only have one person who does engine replacement and given this service bulletin was out they had a lot of engines to replace, but they were going to get to mine soon. Was told a few times they were thinking they would get to it in the next week. Heard that in April of '24, June of '24, and August of '24. I advised them that I needed my vehicle back by October 15 as I was in a divorce and would be down to one car, and I had to haul dogs. So, my vehicle was finished on 10/08/24 - a little over 14 months after it arrived at their shop. Within 2 days of having it back my remote start light problem came on. Called the dealership- was told sounds like a switch is bad, we can replace that for $300. Then light went off. Now it goes on and off for a few days at a time. I called and told them I wanted it fixed - that after having a new engine put in and having it less than 48 hours I expect it to work. Wanted it fixed on their dime. Haven't heard from them since. The person I worked with said they were working on putting something together to have it serviced - but I've not heard anything in over a week. Was initially advised that I'd have to bring it in so they can do diagnostics to find the problem, but I am not sure how that's going to work because i have to haul dogs - and no promise they will pay for it. Furthermore I asked for verification and contact info of who the manager spoke with at Honda that said I would be reimbursed for my replacement engine. The worker I spoke with said she sent an email to the manager - the same manager who told her Honda would reimburse me -but no reply on that issue, either. So the worker I dealt with was great - Emile. That's the only positive thing I can say - beyond noting that they at least gave me a loaner. I'm still on the hook for $10k of repairs, and have a new engine in my car that has service lights going on since 36 hours of having it back from a dealership that has it for over a year. I was told that they were going to give me 2.9 % financing. Filled out all the forms. When the financing from Honda came through it came back at 3.9 %. I called my salesperson at Marie's. Explained what happened and I have been ghosted. No one ever called me back. read more

For the first time in my life, I have had what I would call a "very pleasant" experience at a car dealership! We visited Morrie's Honda on a Friday afternoon, on a whim, after a lousy experience at another dealer. We came in with a specific idea of the type of vehicle that we wanted, and specific budget limits on what we wanted to spend. Justin Paar, the sales rep who met us and worked with us, knew his inventory well and immediately pointed us to a vehicle that easily met our needs and requirements. I could feel NO pressure at all from him, as he let the car sell itself. We went on a test drive that allowed us to see everything that the vehicle could (and couldn't) do. We spent a great deal of time asking questions, all of which were addressed by Justin. After we decided to buy, Chris Krause, the finance guy, worked quickly and efficiently with our own bank financing. He carefully explained each of the forms in the mountain of paperwork before we signed it, so we felt in complete control of our purchasing experience. The staff at Morrie's Honda took care of all the details for us: title application, application for state registration, even attaching the new license plates to our vehicle and sending us on our way with a tank of gas! I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. I will not hesitate to go out of my way to do business with them again. read more

After being interested in a rare used vehicle and offering to put money down to save it until it finished inspection, we were promised we'd be the first to have dibs on the vehicle. Checked in multiple times and finally after a week it went through inspection. That day after we had already taken a half day off and had our ducks in a row, was told there's another party interested and wanted us to purchase online. Completely shocked as no way would we buy w/o a test drive. I told the salesman to let us know before we head down from FDL if something changes but we were ready to go pending a good test drive. We get down there, sit us down and the head of sales comes up and apologized that they just sold it. Due to the rarity of the vehicle we almost lost it completely. Told him we're gonna leave bad reviews all over, and he replied, "For what, selling a car?" I then told him not to speak to me because he wasn't worth one second of my time. Needless to say, the previous sale fell through and we were able to turn around (after almost being back home), test drive it and purchase it. If it hadn't been such a rare model, we've never went back. Later after I inspected it post-purchase, found that several fluid levels weren't adequate and the inner & outer brake pad on the left-rear was installed backwards causing the vehicle to stop poorly. Pretty bad service tech if you ask me. I'm middle aged and bought a ton of vehicles, boats, motorcycles, snowmobiles etc and never been treated so poorly in my life as a customer. Would not recommend anyone buy from them. read more

I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla from Morrie's West Bend Honda a couple months ago. I had been looking online for a car for a while, and settled on that dealership because it seemed like a good car for a good deal and they had good reviews. Each encounter I have had with Morries leaves me with a worse impression then the previous. My first bad encounter was when I went into Morrie's with a pre-approved loan. They underwrote the loan in a way that required me to pay almost double the amount that my bank said was needed. I still purchased the car, because I thought it was a good deal and didn't want to lose it. Next, I was only given one car key. While I understand that it is not a requirement to provide two car keys for a used vehicle, my salesperson told my aunt, who was with me, that the car came with two keys. She said the other key just wasn't on the key ring that she had in her hand at the time. When it was time for me to drive off, she handed me the one key. I asked her about the second key. She said there is only one key and that there's nothing she can do about it because the car only came in with one key. If she was truly unaware that the car only came with one key, I don't blame her for not knowing. I understand that people make mistakes. However, once she did learn that it didn't come with two keys, she didn't tell my aunt or me that she misspoke prior to me preparing to drive off the lot. After I got home (which is about 20 minutes away from the dealership) from purchasing the car, I noticed that the gas tank was almost completely empty (about 1/8 full). I understand that a full tank of gas isn't required by the dealership, but selling a car with a gas tank that is nearly empty isn't acceptable, especially in Wisconsin. When I bought the car, it was maybe 15 degrees outside. Even I, a car novice, know that the gas tank shouldn't be left empty in frigid weather, as it could cause gas lines to freeze and burst. I emailed my concern to the business manager that helped me sign all of my paperwork. He emailed me back the next day saying he would look into the situation, but never got back to me after that. When the general manager emailed me just for a general check-in a few days after the last email with the business manager, I mentioned that email and he said that he would fill up my tank for free and cover the charge for the extra key. He called in the order for a new key to be picked up on the same day that I would be taking my car in for some diagnostics for some problems (a door didn't lock with fob, part of the touch screen radio didn't work, and there was a pulling in the car that wasn't noticeable until I drove over 60mph). I told him that I always keep my tank on full and I was coming to have my car serviced and I would prefer that he waive the diagnostic fee. The day of my appointment, I received a call from the service department 15 minutes prior to my appointment time telling me not to come in because they weren't able to make an appointment with Toyota to have the car and key paired. Mind you, I made this appointment at least four days before it was scheduled. Of course, I was already half way to the dealership, so I still went in to have my oil changed, but I had to return the next day to have it serviced and get the new key. After the diagnostic was done, I was informed of the prices for the repairs and key (the diagnostic was covered). I told the service associate that the general manager said that he was covering the amount (keep in mind he was the one that put in the order for the new key). She said that her manager was in contact with the general manager, and the general manager said he wasn't covering the cost. I showed her the email stating that he would and she made sure the cost was covered. Imagine if I didn't have proof of that conversation. The straw that really broke the camel's back and made me write this review (I usually don't write reviews) is when I went to have my car repaired at a Toyota dealer (for the problems I had diagnosed at Morrie's first). I was informed that the ball bearing and control arm bushing was damaged and needed to be repaired (which if you are like me, you might not know that makes the car unsafe to drive). On top of that, I was also informed that the rear axle was bent. Although it's not a safety issue, that affects the alignment until it's repaired. I can't believe that I was sold a car that was in such poor condition. I bought the car two months ago and already have had to get more than $2500 worth of repairs done and that doesn't include $2700 needed to cover the axle repairs!! Every aspect of that dealership is terrible from the general manager's service to the product I received. Save yourself money and countless hours of aggravation and inconvenience... DON'T GO TO MORRIE'S! read more

Love my vehicle, Mike was awesome to work with, and really did all he could, including the finance team, to get me into what I really wanted, without even trying to push me into something else, which I appreciated.
