I've participated in several physical therapy practices in the NY Metro area and JAG is…read moreunquestionably the best of them. Whether it was recovering from neck and shoulder injuries or two total knee replacements, the treatments were totally successful. The first session went well; the PT was professional and the staff was courteous enough. However, when I showed up for the second session, the receptionist, Angelica, informed me that the session had been cancelled and the PT was not in the office. I had taken off work and moved an important meeting to show up, so the fact that no one called or texted me was extremely inconvenient. The receptionist, Angelica, showed absolutely no emotion or concern; she didn't make any eye contact with me and behaved in a bizarre and robotic way, just clicking on the computer without acknowledging me at all; there was a total lack of any kind of social ability. While it's highly possible she is neurodivergent (in which case her behavior makes sense) this is a business, and if someone at a business makes a mistake, the mistake should be acknowledged and the inconvenience to the customer should be remedied. I won't be coming back here.
